**Q: What is the sodium content, and the carb content?  Currently Amazon is not showing the nutrition label, nor can I find it elsewhere on the web.....**
A: 11% 260mg 0% Fats and 0% Cholesterol.  I hopes this helps in you request.  It's very good but I do use it sparingly because of the high sodium content.
