Below is a list of things we don't like about them
We were in need of new Kitchen Scissors and these were rated #1 so we gave them a try. My wife hates them. Below is a list of things we don't like about them:1. They easily fall apartThe scissors are designed to easily come apart to make cleaning and slicing easier. The problem is they come apart too easily. I have had them come apart and drop one side onto my bare feet before.2. They don't cut well because of the notch out of the bladeThe bone cutter makes it almost impossible to use a majority of the blade to cut normally. To me the bone cutter is not valuable and makes it difficult to use as a regular scissor.3. The plastic handle is not really strongWhen I have used the bone cutter or tried to cut something difficult the plastic handle has deformed and bent4. There are too many functionsI am going to replace these with a good pair of kitchen scissors that are only scissors. I would rather have something that performs its function superbly than have a multitool that performs each function at or below average

Useful item for your kitchen
These are handy to have around and I am fond of the magnetized black holder. These scissors will never get misplaced in my kitchen. They're hanging on the fridge! The two halves are detachable. This allows two people to cut different food items at the same time. Each half of the scissor is very sturdy. The little white doo-dads on the handles double as bottle openers, etc. I'm not a gourmet chef and cooking is not my #1 hobby. Will these cut chicken? Yes. Steak? Sure. Veggies? Many of them yes, but sometimes you'll prefer a paring knife. The drawback for me personally is that they don't cut paper. Multi-purpose items are my fav's.Update January 2017: I now keep these cooking scissors in the same drawer as our knives. The black holder, which has a large magnet on the back side, is not in the knife drawer. The holder is on the side of my refrigerator and holds my ordinary scissors. My recommendation to the manufacturer, or other companies, is to offer that magnetized black holder as saleable item on its own.

Versatile but does not cut very well
It's like a Swiss army knife, it does a lot of things but none particularly well. Others may like it's so-called versatility but my main purpose for getting this scissors is to quickly cut through things. Due to its design, only 2 inches of the front end of its blades seem to be effective for cutting, the rest was reserved for some other function (probably nut breaking). So it leaves an unsatisfying cutting experience when you can't cut deep. If you're not careful it can fall apart in your hand because the blades are not exactly screwed together. Again, it's versatility got in the way of effective (or even safe) use. It's meant to be disassembled for quick switching to another task (perhaps peeling a cucumber). But it's a little unnerving to have a pair of scissors come apart in your hand.

No bone cutter, or bevel it for smoother operation
I own a pair of Cutco Sheears that separete so it was tough in comparing the two. Pridebit Scissors are hardy and easy to clean. I love that it separates. The peeler only works well if you are right handed. I'm left handed and have to pull towards me for the peelers to work properly. The bone cutter keeps getting hung up on the opposite blade, once I get past the bone cutters the scissors work nicely. Love the fact there is a bottle opener, lid opener, and screwdriver all -in-one. I really like that I can put this high up away from my kids as they are always stealing my scissors. The magnet could be a little stronger. Right now I have it magnetized to my stove hood. Did not like the fact that I had to go to my email for the instruction manual, none came with the scissor/box.

EXCELLENT multi-tool shears, better utilized on camping trips. Terrible magnetic sleeve. Brilliant tool though.
I love these shears. Excellent multi-tool, multi-tasking shears. Very easy to handle, quality construction, and I love the additional extras it has with the screwdriver, veggie-peeler, fish-scaler, bottle-opner, and more. The blades are sharp and effective, and they come apart for easy cleaning. BUT... while they are advertised as a kitchen tool, I really see this as an absolute must-have tool for anyone going camping or hiking. It's versatility would be best utilized on trips like that. ONE COMPLAINT - The magnetic protective sleeve is total crap. The magnets barely hold onto anything while empty, and absolutely not at all while the shears are inside. So, I suggest to the company to fix that one and only problem, to make these an absolutely perfect all-around tool. Brilliant idea, and nicely constructed otherwise.

Stylish and convenient, better as a multi tool then an actual pair of scissors
I do like these scissors because they have a lot of different functions. They are very sharp, comfortable, and I love the fact I can hang it on my fridge for easy access. However, if you open the scissors too wide to make a cut, they come apart. Being an impatient person, when I use scissors I like to get the longest cut for my efforts, LOL. The reason they come apart so easily is so you can use them in all different ways, but it would be better if there was some kind of release button or there was a longer cutting surface for the scissors part of it.

Inferior product; go with Amazon Basics for 50% less
I was about to order the Amazon Basics version of this product for $7.99 but decided to try this one for $12.45 due to the curved blade design and magnetic sheathe that's handy for storage on the side of your refrigerator. The sheathe was nice but the product broke the first time I tried to use it. Not sure if defective or just bad materials but the finger/thumb grips broke through upon normal use, rendering the product useless for cutting.Another issue--I have fairly big hands, and found it difficult to get my thumb into the rather narrow plastic grip. Further, upon full expansion of the blades, they come apart way too easily during normal use. The company readily replaced the item at no charge and made clear they stand behind the product. Unfortunately, the product is inferior--substandard plastic handle material and poor design unless you have very small hands.I got the Amazon Basics version for 50% less and it has none of these problems. I'd recommend anyone looking for kitchen shears do the same.
