Good Quality and Straight Forward
I’ve dropped my iPhone and cracked the screen four times since I bought it. Each time, I’ve used this kit for the repair. The screen always looks great afterward, and the instructions are easy to follow.

The first screen sent out was a dud. The replacement looks and feels great.
The screen was easy to install using the included instructions. I did have to use a heat gun to loosen the original screen. The included tools worked well. The edge of the plastic spatula broke off, but that was no big deal. The first screen replacement that I received from them went on very quickly and worked great for a few minutes. Then it would fade to purple and then completely black. Then the IPhone would reboot and it would work and look great again for 2 to 15 minutes. Then the process would repeat itself. I searched google and found recommendations to upgrade the firmware, reset the phone to factory defaults, and backup and restore using iTunes. I tried all 3 suggestions and none of them solved the issue so I returned the first screen. The replacement screen arrived 2 days later. It also installed very quickly without any issues. This one has been running for 3 days without any issues. Unlike the first screen that I received, this one causes an "Important Display Message" on my lock screen that says "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple display." If you get more information on the error message, it tells me that it will no longer display on my lock screen after 4 days. I am not concerned about this not being an OEM screen because it really looks every bit as good as the original. After installing the second screen and powering up the phone, it did reboot twice very quickly after powering on. It didn't even let me login. This had me worried that I had another dud screen. However, after the second reboot it hasn't happened again.

Broke down a week after the return window closed. Screen overheats dangerously too
It stopped working just a week after the 1 month return window. If the company wants to make it right and replace for free they can contact me. The screen gets extremely hot at the bottom side. I had to open the phone and disconnect the battery to avoid risking a fire

For the price, you can't beat it!!
For less than $23 I made my 11 pro functional again. Everything I needed came with the package, easy to follow instructions. Keep in mind this is a LCD screen NOT an OLED screen. The 11 PRO originally came with a OLED screen. Personally I don't care enough for the minor difference, because this is my secondary phone, also I'm replacing the screen of a 4 year old iPhone. Paying more wouldn't make sense. However, if you do care and want to restore your screen close to it's original condition and not pay for original equipment prices, I recommend buying one of the generic OLED screens here on Amazon. It will cost at least duble what you're paying for this LCD screen. I hope this is helpful to the Amazon community. Cheers!!

It’ll do
Install wasn’t too bad, but I’ve done it on a previous phone so I have some experience. The tools it comes with are great and didn’t need 3 of them but they may be good to hang onto. The screen itself is the downfall. The color is distinctively more blue than the original. It’s a bit thicker than the original as well. Also the screen doesn’t shut off when on calls so that may cause issues. Also when I put it back together it acted like I was tapping sporadically on the screen. However I turn it off and pushed on the connection areas, and haven’t had a problem so I’ll say that’s user error. I’ll be getting a new phone in a few months, so it just needs to hand on until then.
