I've used Spigen cases for years, but their case for the 12 Pro Max was released a week after I got the device, and I needed a case right away, so I tried this TORRAS case.The TORRAS is a good case, for sure. It's very thin and light. The buttons & cutouts are in the right places, there is a very slight lip around the screen for protection when you set the phone face down, and also a more pronounced lip around the camera bump. Lastly, branding is not obtrusive - the name TORRAS is on the lower left side of the case, it's subtle and does not distract from the experience of using the phone.The only reason I'm taking 1 star off is the price. Spigen has two clear cases for the 12 Pro Max: the Ultra Hybrid and Spigen Liquid Crystal that cost $12 and $11, respectively. I've owned both of these models for my previous iPhones and both are oustanding. The Liquid Crystal is the thinner and lighter of the two, and is virtually identical to the TORRAS at half the price. The Spigen Ultra Hybrid is slightly less thin, with a slightly taller lip around the screen and more cushioning in the corners, where the phone if dropped is likely to make contact with the floor; the Ultra Hybrid is still very lightweight and adds very little bulk to this already bulky phone. I have dropped my previous iPhones many times, and there's never been any damage thanks to the Spigen cases.Virtually all clear cases yellow over time. The question is, how long before the yellowing becomes noticeable and how much does it cost to replace the case if you want it to be clear again? I've been using these Spigen cases for at least 4 years, and it's consistently around 9 months before I'm ready to replace them. They only cost $11 or $12, so it's very cheap to replace. I'm new to TORRAS, I don't know how long before it starts to yellow, but replacing it will cost $25-26. At that point, I'll probably just get another Spigen case.

I have always selected rugged cases on the past, and when I needed a new one, I took a chance on this one. I appreciated the slim form factor, which allows me to QC rapid charge, and fits in most pockets- unlike the large rugged cases. I have dropped my phone more than a dozen times since I purchased this product and my phone is undamaged. The screen protector has held up surprisingly well, better than the rugged cases I have had - and with two more replacements should I need them, this will last a longer time than the alternative

I’m upgrading my experience to a 5 STAR.The TORRAS company stands behind their product, they ensure ultimate client experience and their customer service team went above & beyond to address my concerns.Not only did they take the time to read my review, but they also addressed my feedback by reaching out to me personally and providing me with a solution to my problem!As a result of my poor experience with their case, they sent me a different case (Guardian Series) with a matte finish that is fingerprint “proof” and does not allow the oil of your skin to stick to the case!I highly recommend the TORRAS company, their ultimate customer service team and their amazing line of fantastic cases & products.11/23- update and unfortunately I am downgrading the rating to a 3 star.1. You have to constantly wipe the Fingerprints and smudges off the case. It’s pretty bad and consistent.2. Dropped the phone trying to put it in my pocket from less than 4feet and it landed on the bottom right corner, the screen protector (THANK GOD) cracked! There is not enough protection on the corners!3. Although it does have a slight raised edge on the front, it really offers little to no protection to the glass if it lands flat on the floor, causing the screen or screen protector (if you have one, which I HIGHLY recommend) to crack easily...Just installed it and so far unimpressed. Although it is crystal clear and protect the device like advertised, the feel is not good.It shows fingerprints & smudges easily. Also the case becomes slippery, almost “slimy”, after holding it in your hands. You have to constantly wipe the case off, otherwise it feels like it’s gonna slip out of your hands.On the positive side, it is ultra clear, seek, clean and shows off the natural beauty of your device, which is really cool.I might look at other covers after a few months to see if something better rated come along. Until then, check out the case for yourself...

Product seems to be good quality as it was very clear and not yellow. It has not lost the clear transparency yet and it’s working fine. Easy fit and durable

No real protection

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered quite a few clear cases for my new iPhone 12 Pro Max and this is by far the best one, hands down. The Torras Diamond Series case is simply beautiful. It offers a sleek and non-bulky design while still offering great protection for my new phone. It uses a mixture of hard shell for the backside, and a softer flexible material for the sides to absorb the shock of any drops.My favorite aspect of this case is that it truly is crystal clear and shows off the sides of the new iPhone amazingly. If you’re looking for a case to show off the iPhones natural beauty - go with this case. Other case makers promise crystal clear material but in reality they are more milky and translucent. Torras nailed it with this one.The cut outs are perfect, buttons are easy to press, raised edges to protect the camera and the screen, feels great to hold and does not slip from my hand, and the case picks up less fingerprints than the other cases I bought. Will be using this as my daily driver. 10/10 will probably buy a second one just to have as a backup. Been using Torras cases for years and they’re always simply superior in design, material, and protection.
