GhirardelliChocolate Superior Cocoa Powder, 25-Pound Box

I go through about a pound of unsweetened cocoa powder per month just eating it by the tablespoon as a snack and I'm so glad I found this. Even though it's lightly Dutched with a ph of 6.8, this dark reddish brown cocoa is really chocolatey and noticeably acidic. The word "Superior" is actually part of the product name rather than simply a descriptive. Ghirardelli's natural cocoa is called "Merritas" ( ph 5.5 ) and "Sunrise" is more heavily Dutched ( ph 7.5 ). [...] I think this cocoa will work nicely in any capacity, from baking to hot cocoa. Paid $100 more than usual but needed it

This is a great price for unsweetened cocoa. I use cocoa several times a day and add my own stevia. The taste is great and I appreciate that I don't end up with a bunch of empty packages! It comes in a big plastic bag in a box.

This is the go-to for powdered cocoa. I use it 1:1 sugar in milk, microwave and then buzz with an immersion blender. The best hot cocoa ever! and it's healthy (higher % cocoa than you get with pre-mixes). Rich.

Ah finally this is what I needed and not the all sugar version sold here (Ghirardelli Chocolate Sweet Ground Chocolate & Cocoa Beverage Mix, 10-Pound Package)This one is tasty and a great buy!

not quite the same taste and way less rich as of Ghirardelli Unsweetened Baking Cocoa Pouch, 8 Ounce.I was expecting the same taste of the 8 once, very disappointed.

If you eat a lot of Cocoa, and find yourself buying those little Hershey Boxes, you might want to consider buying it in bulk as the price difference per lbs. is about the same, and you get a much higher quality product, which also is excellent for baking.
