This product worked as described and made forward weighting my model extremely easy.

Well if you're shopping for this stuff, you probably already know what it is and what it's for, so I can skip that part. One thing I would suggest if using this for model ballast is buying some beeswax pellets to go along with this. Measure out how many beads I need on a scale, add in a few beeswax pellets, and melt it under a light bulb. Just a few at a time, until all the beads are lightly coated. Then let it cool and work it into a moldable putty. It softens under body heat, packs neatly into tight spaces in the model, and if you wedge it in there good it'll stay put after it cools. As long as you don't go shaking those things around like a toy, it'll stay put.

Very convenient for tail sitter model planes. You need to make allowances though when using on rolling stock. Apparently uncoupling magnets grab the rolling stock at times when uncoupling.

This bottle of material fills in cavities with tiny balls of heavy metal to balance model airplanes with tricycle landing gear. Works great!

One of the few ways to add weight to a model. Each one of the minuscule beads is surprisingly heavy and it doesn’t take much to add an ounce of ballast to the build. Make sure, however, the the area being filled as the tiny beads, if they escape, the beads scatter in every direction and wait until one picks them up in a shoe sole to be further tracked throughout one’s house. Clean up is difficult as the product can barely be seen.

This product makes it easy to weight the nose of your aircraft model to have your tricycle gear aircraft sit on its own wheels. I recommend this to those who build aircraft models.
