Neko Flies Kragonfly Interchangeable Cat Toy, Attachment Only

When I open the closet door where the super cool toys like Kragonfly “live”, my kitten is on full alert and sitting at attention at my feet waiting for another chance to race around like a cheetah, leap like a gazelle (not as gracefully though, I will be in serious trouble once he learn to control that jumping ability!), and once he does catch it, tug-of-war will ensue until he remembers he can’t play if he doesn’t “release”.This is just one of those toys that is an immediate hit with EVERY cat to whom I’ve shown it. Makes geriatric cats like my late 15 yr old run and leap (almost) like a kitten.I have been asked if I sped up video of him playing with Kragonfly. Nope, he gets that excited about Kragonfly.Neko Flies has a bunch of other attachments, I have a few but Kragonfly seems to be a big hit with all.Five stars and two Loki paws up

I’ve purchased close to 8 Neko Flies and I was super disappointed when I opened this one. It was noticeably cheaper quality. The body of the bug was smaller, the plastic wings are paper thin and not as thick as past wings, the clip to attach to the rod was flimsier. It made me wonder if I had a knock off version. Although my cat loves it, this will not last the way he plays. I would prefer to buy directly from the company but their website has been down recently. The reason I am super bummed because this is the only toy that truly wears out my male cat. Please go back to the original Neko quality.

Mr. Todd, my cat, LOVES his Kragonfly! He prefers it to his Kattipede. These are pricey, as cat toys go, but so far, they are sturdy, beguiling (for Mr. Todd), and he craves play/exercise time, so that makes Kragonfly (and Kattipede) practical purchases. Because Kragonfly and Kattipede have small parts, I don't leave this toy lying about, nor do I permit Mr. Todd to go berserk on it. The toy's main use is for tease-play, and while I do let him "catch" it every so often, I take it away after a few moments and we start all over again. Mr. Todd is pretty active for an indoor cat (I incorporate his play into my aerobics), and for that reason, he can go for hours with this toy. When we're not playing with it, I pop it into the dryer for peace of mind.

This bug lure was exactly as pictured. My five cats love this bug lure. It is my second Neko Bug lure. This lure sent my cats into a frenzy of attacks. All five cats liked it. I can wear them out chasing this bug. I just tied it to a stick with the string, I didn't order the fishing pole. A stick works just fine as a pole. My cats seem to like this one a bit more than the first lure I purchased from Neko. I think they like the wings on it. It has been one toy that all the kitties will play with repeatedly and for a long while. I will likely purchase another of these Neko bugs because my cats have enjoyed playing with them so much. I can really get them to jump and run after these bugs. The first one has held up well, because it has really been mauled. It has survived many attacks. I expect this one to last as well as the first one. Very pleased with this bug cat toy.

Our 3 young cats have chosen the Neko bugs as their very favorite toys. We've had several different kinds, and they seem to respond to all of them about the same. They have, after a period of several months, gradually torn off the wings and unraveled the chenille, but they still play with them even after they have torn them up. We discovered by accident that leaving this toy in our cat toy box detached from the pole, that the cats will play with this by themselves, by dragging it around, batting the bug end, and chasing the string end. One of our cats even fetches this toy, bringing it to us in his mouth and dropping it at our feet when he wants to play. These are a little expensive as cat toys go, but well worth it for the stimulation and enrichment it gives the cats, and the laughs it gives the family.I have not received this product free or at a discount for my review; we just love it!

We first bought the brand Neko flies at a pet store in our city. My cats loved it so I went online to see if it had other attachment. Luckily, I found the brand on amazon and I bought this specific attachment.My cats went crazy for it! Every time I would play with them, they would try to catch it and take off with it. They loved chewing on the wings like it was a real bug. (I forgot to mention how much my cats love eating bugs)I would have to say that this is probably their favorite toy and they've played with da bird, lasers, remote control mouse, and many others.Every time I bring it out, I have to make sure to clear an area because they never pay attention to who or what they fall on.It is definitely a hit with our 5 cats :)

This is the third Neko Flies Kragonfly toy I've bought. This one is significantly sub-standard compared to the previous two. Notice in the first picture (the one I just purchased) the plastic "eye" that the string attaches to on the toy isn't centered on the back of the bug, and the result is the Kragonfly flies with a list (crooked). On top of that the swivel hook isn't nearly as robust as any of the Neko Flies I've bought in the past (six and counting). The packaging it arrived in is completely different and less sophisticated as well (flat paper and plastic versus a nice box). A local pet shop told me that Neko Flies went out of business (or was purchased by another company), and I have a feeling this is a very old, sub-standard model, before they improved the quality. I love these toys, but they don't last long, and I shouldn't have to pay full price for a beta model.

My cats are over the moon about these toys and we keep one available literally all the time. While I agree it’s pricier than other cat toys it’s far more durable and one of these will bring joy to your cats nightly for at least a year before requiring replacement (with 2 extremely keen cats and 4 vaguely interested ones I only have to replace the attachment yearly).Highly recommend, your Masters will be very pleased with this offering.

Absolutely brilliant cat toy, 4 year old cat goes nuts for this everyday, so much fun for her and i, package arrived beautifully wrapped and so far this dainty dragon fly is indestructible, been looking a long time for a cat toy like this thankyou

Da jede Katze anders ist musste ich ne ganze Menge Spielzeuge durchprobieren bis ich schließlich mit diesem hier eines gefunden habe, an dem meine Katze dauerhaft und wirklich interessiert ist.Die Katze ist 12 Jahre alt und ich kann sie dazu bewegen mit diesem Teil zu spielen wie ein kleines Kätzchen.Kurzum:Die Katze liebt es.

Wird von unseren beiden Katzen sehr gut angenommen und hat nun schon einige Wochen "überlebt". Hängt bei uns am Kratzbaum.
