Just straight from the package, 2 of the lobster clasps were visibly broken. I also found a weird small metal tube?

At least half are broken
At least half of the clasps are broken. When you open them they fall apart of don't close back. I have had to redo several projects because of this and wasted so much product! Very disappointing!

I was skeptical because of the color, but after wearing a necklace for a while, it started to tarnish and get a copper color.Very disappointed, as I market my jewelry as all stainless steel, now Iām dreading an inevitable bad review.
