I LOVE THIS P-COAT!
The navy blue color and design is so smooth. My old black Navy P-Coat issue was nice but this one is way better looking. I'm 5'9, 190 lbs so I opt for an XL and as you can see it's a perfect fit. There's even a lil extra room, in case I need to wear a suit underneath. The material has some good weight to it, making it thick, and warm. You won't be disappointed! When it arrives don't be surprised if the sleeves are too long. I think this is by design (better to have more material than not enough, I suppose). I had my local Taylor/seamstress shop shorten the sleeves for only $55. And now it's perfect! 👌🏽

Nice Pea Coat !
This pea coat is very similar to the one issued to me by the US Navy in 1969. It is very good quality and very warm even in minus 10 degree Wisconsin weather. It is slightly snug in the chest compared to my sport coats and suit coats of the same size. I purchased the XXL, I should have ordered the XXXL for a looser fit had I known this coat was a more fitted cut. I am 6'-2'', 193 LB, 43'' chest, 34'' waist. My wife likes the fit, says it looks great and is the right fit. I just like a little looser coat, but I kept it because everything else, like the sleeve length, coat length is good. One negative, the blue buttons did not cut it. I replaced them with the original black US government buttons issued to the US Navy for the period of 1965-1984. Now it looks Great!

It’s a quality wool coat. Sizes are a guess.
This is a well made wool pea coat. Much like my authentic Naval Pea Coat in the 70’s. The wool is a good, thick type that would be warm and last for years. Like other reviews the sizing is off. I’m 6’2” and weigh 250 lbs. Gotta 50 inch belly. I do not have to wear long sizes. The XXXL is to narrow in the belly by 3-4 inches. I could button it but way too tight. And then there are the sleeves. About 5 inches too long. So great coat. Would buy and recommend it, but I don’t want to have to take it to a tailor. I also have a white dog so I would prefer gray coat, which I could not find in their store.

Best coat I've ever owned
I had one of these years ago, and I lost it when I totaled a vehicle. I've been looking for that exact one ever since, and this is it.I'm 6'0" and about 215lbs. My shoulders are average and my chest is probably a little larger than average. I couldn't remember the size of the original coat, so I measured my chest and shoulders and ordered the XXL according to the measurements they supplied. It was a bit too large for me, so I returned it and ordered the XL. It's perfect.I normally wear hoodies, but this coat keeps you extremely warm for the winter. It looks amazing with either blue jeans and boots, or with a suit. That's probably my favorite thing about it. You can wear it in any social situation. You don't look over-dressed at a bar with your friends, or under-dressed when going out to dinner. The quality is top notch. The lining feels great, and the wool is extremely durable while still looking classy. The buttons are sewn on in a way that you're not worried about them falling off, but they still include spares. This is a very thick coat, so be prepared for that. It isn't that thin material that you might find at Old Navy or Nordstrom. In my opinion, this is the best coat you could buy for the money.

Nice Pea Jacket
I liked the material and make of the jacket. I have been looking for one a long time since mine of long ago finally wore out. I chose this one since it was reminiscent to my older traditional pea jackets of the past. I did return this due to it runs around one size larger than most apparel. I did return it for a size smaller size in hopes it will rectify the size issue. I ordered a large.

Schott patterned peacoat - okay for the money
This is a vintage-inspired coat with 1 additional row of buttons than most consumer reproduction pea coats you would find. The build quality is sufficient, but not impressive. There's frayed threads, and the lining looks and feels cheap. The pockets are made of a cheap polyester that you would find on 99 cent holloween costume for kids, back in the 90s. Thats the best metaphor for it. It really is pretty terrible and lets down the entire feel of the jacket....The wool is a bit coarse for sensitive skin, but there is lining to prevent contact, and you should wear collard shirts to minimize contact with the collar popped. The fit is a bit off. According to my measurements, I would be a large, but the shoulders are too broad on the large I was sent. The shoulders appear to have padding or structure, like a suit jacket which makes it look weird if the shoulder does not line up properly. I went with the Medium and that fits me almost perfectly except it does feel a bit tight in the chest, and the coat sits a little high on my torso.... but the shoulders and arm length look better.Overall, this is the best reproduction coat you can get for the money. I would size down if you are between sizes, but recognize that you may not be able to layer for extreme cold.I prefer this to the schott, because its a fraction of the price, and is a lighter 26 oz wool (still a heavy coat) but its not as serious as the schott's 32oz.Overall I am ok with the purchase. But beware the wool is very rough, the lining and the pockets are very cheap feeling. And one of the buttons has already become undone after 3-4 try-ons (i didn't even wear it for very long, just buttoned\unbuttoned). If my tailor is unable to reinforce the pockets and buttons, this is going back....

sleeves
Pea Coat even better than I expected, well only one problem that sleeves an inch longer , over all the fit is perfect, fabric as it should be , like it very much .
