Really helping with lower back pain!
Literally just used this and it's 4:52am here in California, USA. I'm about to hit dead lifts and some back accessory work. What got me looking into this product was my lower back. I felt back while performing dead lifts (with bad form of course) and started looking into equipment that would help. This is incredible and durable. I lay on it around lower back area(s) that feel tight and "floss." By flossing, I bring my each knee up as I bring my belly button to my spine.I do 10 reps each side and it's great.

A Good Therapy Tool
This has been imperative in rehabbing a high hamstring attachment injury. Sure you can tape 2 lacrosse balls together, but this has a rubber coating that makes it a tiny bit more comfortable to roll your tissue on.
