Good if you're new to gaming.
So I actually bought this to be able to focus on school work and still be able to game. This actually turns out to be good for both things and runs fast and smooth. I'd 100% buy this if you can't afford to make your own.

Bought this for my son for Christmas backing August because it was so expensive. It has been sitting in the box since then. He opened it today on Christmas and we have had nothing but issues since. He literally was in tears because this was his only gift from us and it isn't working. You barley touch it and it restarts all on its own. EVERY game he has tried to play has frozen on him and we have to log out of the computer and back in.After reading online reviews of this product I feel like I have just flushed almost 1000 dollars down the toilet. When going to Acers website and trying to register the product I got a message it is already registered except I haven't registered it. I am so furious right now I'm going to be making some phone calls tomorrow. Wish I could give it no stars since it ruined my son's Christmas!

I named mine “Megatron” lol
This has been my first PC. I use the internet, game and stream on Twitch. I play stuff like Assassins Creed, League of Legends, and I recently started running the new CoD MW on it. I’m getting about 80ish FPS on CoD with the 8gb of RAM stock. Upgrades I’ve got are the RAM (G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB F4-4000C18D-16GVK) and it’s super easy to install and now I’m getting 110-120 FPS. The motherboard doesn’t have a bios for me to be able to overclock the RAM, but the motherboard is another change you could do. The 512gb of Memory is decent, but can fill up quick if you have a medium/large game library. If the RAM isn’t a major issue for you, you could upgrade the Memory to 1tb or more. I also bought the Red Dragon Draconic 60% RGB keyboard, Glorious Model O Wireless Gaming Mouse and Logitech G733 wireless headset. The GPU is decent for a starter PC, I’m going to change the fans in it too.All in all for the price it’s been a solid unit. And with some minor upgrades into it, it’s great.

Did not work right out of the box, very disappointed.
We purchased this for our son for Christmas 2021, he was beyond excited when he opened it, it was all he had been asking for. To our surprise it was a dud, we tried everything to get it to work different cables and monitors then reached out to tech support who wasn't able to help either. We sent it back the day after Christmas and had to wait 2 weeks to be refunded. Very disappointed to say the least.

Excellent value with one horrible but correctable config flaw
If you buy this system, or probably any other Acer Nitro desktops, you will find Acer has enabled a very dangerous setting. In Device Manager, under Disk Drives, go to the properties of the SSD, click the Policies tab, and UNcheck "Turn off Windows write-cache buffer flushing on the device". Before I figured this out, user profiles on the machine were getting corrupted regularly. I have never seen this on by default in any other machine I have gotten from Dell, Lenovo, HP, etc.Oh and also upgrade this to 16GB RAM once you get it.
