My expectations were exceeded when I received and installed this lock set.My door to the shop was in dire need of improved security. The existing knob and bolt were weak and anyone could have easily defeated them with a single kick. I did a lot of research and I wanted to get a handle with a lever because my hands are typically dirty or full when going in and out of the shop. I settled on a cheap set here on amazon only to be disappointed with the flimsy quality. So I upped the game and went for a commercial style set and landed on this one.Wow. I am blown away at the quality of this set. For the price, this is a bargain!PRO’s: * heavy duty exterior. * solid build: when installed, no wiggle. Thick metal used in exterior materials including shrouds. Impervious to screwdrivers and saws. * great design. These look great! * heavy security in mind. The shrouds have spikes in them to set them into the door frame. They do not move once installed. Almost impossible to pry. * tons of keys! Almost too many! Not complaining. Keys work well and are good quality. Right fitting at first but with lock oil, they glide through the assembly for easy rotation. * matched set means one key for both. * bolt is a double key design so it’s a key on the inside and the outside. Good for the shop with a glass door. Not so much for the home unless you have a good fire escape plan. Keep that in mind. * Lock button is twist and has little wiggle. It turns and clicks. You KNOW the door is locked. * excellent engineering and thought went into this lock. This was designed by smart people who know the value of security. Are there better systems? Sure...at 4-5x the cost.CONS:None. Literally none at all. This hit every single concern I had and removed them. It’s secure, tough, good looking, functional and it is solid!Sorry for the sideways photos. AMAZON uploads them that way and I can’t seem to rotate them. Not my fault. Also: the door guard does NOT come with the locks. I added that for under twenty bucks and it adds to the door security. I highly recommend.

These locks are very nice quality and the 2 sets are keyed alike. Make sure you order the correct one. I made the mistake of ordering the double keyed deadbolt.

Love the look and quality. I puchased a set of three lever door handles and deadbolts (all keyed alike). I had a problem with one of the dead bolts and the seller sent me a new set with the same key code very quickly and assured me they were ready to assist me with any other issues that might arrise. The locks are very good quality and very modern looking. the double dead bolt turns smoothly. I had them installed, but I am sure if you are just replacing old locks it would be easy.Highly recommend this seller for

My deadbolt is not working. It feels like if I’m going to break the key in the lock when I try to turn it. If I get the deadbolt out I can’t get it to retract back in. Thank goodness I did this with the door open or we would not be able to use this door! Can I just return the deadbolt?

the product is beautiful but I'm annoyed and disappointed that the set of two was not keyed alike as described to be.the handle and deadbolt also lock in opposite directions of each other which I find to be odd but not a deal breaker since I like the quality and style.
