Great product concept - sadly the technology is wrong
I love the concept of the story box as I am a mum of two bilingual kids. I agree with a lady who wrote a french review as it seems like my Lunii was re-purposed from a previous owner. The box looked damaged and I am not able to upload stories ( Lunii suggested on their website that it had to do with the cables but there is nothing wrong with my cable). Was I given a previous return ? I think so. Luckily amazon has agreed to refund me fully and I am in two mind's about purchasing this product again. I will be reaching out to Lunii directly to discuss.Also there should be better technology to add stories from the cloud and from an android/ iphone. Most parents are using their work laptop which does not allowed for all this faff around downloading an app and uploading stories.Beautiful concept but I may look at alternatives unless Lunii can re-assure me that I have just been unlucky but looking at all the other reviews I doubt it.

Worked 7 months…
For the price you would expect to be working more than 7 months… impossible to return apparently.Won’t buy It again!!!

Did not work
Ordered this for a trip; arrived a few days before we left but the speaker didn't work. Amazon unhelpful and invited me to return the item. It's a really nice concept, but not if it doesn't work.

Great product for little ones
Fantastic product! We saw a documentary on our satellite TV French channel and thought it would be great for our grand daughter living in Australia. She's only 6 months but loves listening to the different stories. We bought it to speak French but I believe you can get it in English. It's sturdy for baby to handle and no batteries!
