I purchased the 2 inch version of this product a little over a year ago and LOVE it, but it started to feel like it needed to be replaced. After a year my shoulders started hurting again from being a stomach sleeper (which was why I bought it in the first place), so I decided to try the 3 inch version this time because my thought process was “maybe it will last longer? or maybe the one inch of additional foam will be good for my shoulders?”, but after sleeping on the 3 inch for a few weeks now I have actually changed it back to the older blown-out 2 inch one. I cannot believe the difference. I am writing this review only for people like me who didn’t know if 2 or 3 would be better for them. 2 inches was the perfect amount of just-hugs-you padding on top of my too-firm mattress. 3 inches feels significantly softer….to the point where i am being constantly rolled towards my boyfriend’s side of the bed because he is heavier than me. His side sinks down, and I am sleeping on a slope trying to climb my way back to my side. Haven’t been able to sleep much at all since we got it. I looked into my return options, but I have no idea how I could possibly bring this to the UPS store. I decided to put it in my attic because I don’t even know how to get rid of it where I live. It was a huge waste of $150 for me, but I wouldn’t have known that without trying. The 2 inch version is fantastic and I would love to exchange it, except for the part of physically returning it myself. I will probably buy another 2 inch version in the near future because even if it only lasts a year, it was worth it for that year.EDIT: I have changed my review to 5 stars because the company reached out to me and made this right. I appreciate and respect a company that stands by their product and helps customers, their help was greatly appreciated.

I switched to an air mattress for my regular bed because of the damp climate; my other mattress became moldy. It's a cozy mattress on its own but I knew I couldn't last long with a topper, so I went with this one. Very affordable and it came fast. I've had it for about a month now and it's a game-changer. It makes my bed feel like a regular mattress. It's super comfortable and I haven't been as sore since I've had it. It's a good balance of soft and stiff which I like. It retains heat which is great for my colder climate. I can't use the tassles on my bed but I appreciate that there's that option to secure it to the bed. Perfect size too. The only thing is my topper doesn't look full-- it's a little deformed in areas but it works.

I've been through 3 different full size 'firm/cooling' type of mattress pads and this one, by far, is the best. It is truly firm. It's giving but you won't sink into it and cooling as well. I love the high quality covering and the straps to help keep it in place. Took less than 24 hrs to fully shape up and while it did have a slight smell it dissipated quickly. I would buy this brand again.

I bought this to replace my sleep number topper because it was a lot cheaper. If fits perfect in the sleep number bed, it feels great and gives soft support as I want it to. It is also a lot cooler than my old topper which is a huge plus.

So when we 1st for the product we let it sit for 48 hours as instructed to let it rise - as seen in pics it rose on the edges but not as much the top and bottom. I was SO disappointed that I was already ready to return it. But that night we put the sheets on - sheets fit with room to spare by the way - and it was SOOO COMFY. My husband likes a more firm and I like more soft but this is the best of both worlds!! My husband is soooo picky when it comes to bed/bedding/sheets - I honestly can’t believe I ordered this product. If it wasn’t for customer reviews I wouldn’t have known to buy this one! Hope this helps the next person.

The topper seems a little short. I sleep on a hospital bed because I am disabled and the length seems short compaired to what is already on my bed.

This mattress pad did not expand all the way on the edges. I contacted the seller and was issued a full refund. I was amazed at the above and beyond way the seller was able to rectify my issue so quickly and easily...would recommend...
