This is one of the few that you can use on induction hobs. It heats up quickly and stays hot for a while.I love having a crust on the rice(see picture 2) and for me it is the main attraction of having this bowl and to cook it at home. Most restaurants simply use this bowl for presentation and just assemble the dish and serve it. I love the crust and being able to cook the egg on the rice heat.For one person size M is too big unless I am cooking Korean soup and cook enough for two servings.The wooden tray is well made and does the job.

The bowls looks great and work well on my induction plate. I like them a lot. 5 stars if not for the bases, which are disappointing. Both came slightly damaged and generally look and feel cheap and fragile.If you don't care about the wooden base, this is a solid buy.

Bol effectivement en fonte. J'ai pris la taille M qui convient largement pour un bibimpap d'une personne. Après un an d'utilisation, aucun souci. J'en suis ravie. Dommage qu'Amazon ne propose plus cet article en taille M, j'en aurais bien racheté plusieurs.

Sind aus Metall und somit unzerbrechlich. Ich habe Sie im Gasgriller auf 200°C aufgewärmt und dann Bibimbap genossen wie es gehört, nämlich mit einem rohen Ei über dem Ganzen, welches dann in der Schüssel fertig gart.
