Worked as well as Bean-o
Tibetan Digestive with Sendru 5 If I eat pasta, pizza, or any foods that contain complex carbohydrates it upsets my system and doesn't digest. I pay for it later with gas, cramping and bloating. I take Beano a lot. I wanted to try Tibetan Digestive capsules since it has the same digestive enzyme as Beano and includes Curcumin and Tumeric as well. Tumeric helps the body digest fats and helps with inflammation. So far these seem to be helping. I took 2 capsules before eating pizza the other night and I didn't experience any discomfort from eating it. Love this digestive aid! I've had digestive issues my entire life so I'm always on the look out for good supplements to help my body digest and assimilate foods. (Think it could be all the antibiotics my childhood doctor gave me?? Hmmmm) I always take a good probiotic between meals as well a good brand of digestive enzymes with every meal. Thought I would add the Tibetan Digestive aid before meals and see if it made any difference. I am happy to say it absolutely did help and I will continue to take this product. While I did know that turmeric (one of the ingredients) is excellent for digestion I wasn't familiar with the other ingredients: curcumin, Sendru 5, Alpha-galactosidase enzyme, punica granatum, cinnamomum, zeylanicum, piper longum, elettaria and hedychium spicatum. Well, all or some of the ingredients are certainly helping me to feel better after I eat. Also, the capsules are medium sized and easy to swallow. I did receive this product at a discount for providing an honest and unbiased view.

Pretty alright
In this Tibetan digestive formula from Siddhi Energetics the core ingredients from Sendru 5 which are Punica granatum, Cinnamomum Zeylanicum, Piper Longum, Elettaria Cardamomum, and Hedychium Spicatum have been combined with turmeric, curcumin and alpha-galactosidase enzyme (which is the active ingredient in Beano) to create a refreshing alternative to prescription digestives.Most people don't know it but the human body was not designed to regularly ingest those purple pills. This blend of herbs has long been proven to aid in the digestive process and can help prevent (completely in most cases) gas, bloating, and general digestive distress. I saw this on my favorite deal site and thought that I'd give it a try.I'm glad that I was afforded the opportunity because it works, and it works well. I have two complaints though; it sucks that you can't get this fulfilled by Amazon because the shipping times are lengthy, and I wish that it cost less. Other than that though this is a great product. It helped me when taken before meals and surprisingly even when taken after meals. You don't have to take it daily, but you can if you'd like (just don't take for more than a month)I would recommend this to anyone who can afford to pay a premium for digestive health in order to avoid pharmaceutical junk. Didn't Help Me Much
I was hoping this would help with my digestive problems, but it didn't meet my expectations and just doesn't seem to work for me, however I have had hemorrhoids for years, and I'm not sure if that had an effect on this. I received this item at a discount for my review.
