Not for induction hobs
This looks absolutely gorgeous. Love it. Great quality. Unfortunately it is not suitable for induction hobs.

Is there any copper?
They don't say how much if any copper they actually use.Quite frankly this is the worst pan I have and already looks like it won't last a year, I wouldn't buy again.It doesn't clean well and the copper looks burnt off, just a bad pan...

Shame, as it's lovely, and great value. But it's already completely ruined after using it only twice.
