Nice iron booster during pregnancy
I was a fan of the lactation cookies when I was breastfeeding my first, so when I saw that they now had this prenatal cookies with iron, I just had to jump to get it. During my first pregnancy, I struggled with iron deficiency - I had it mid pregnancy, I had it right after delivery, I had it in the first months post partum. Now I’m pregnant for the second time and looking for ways to avoid anemia. I’m still taking my regular iron supplement every day, as well as the prenatal vitamins. But I started eating these cookies as a booster / treat every other day as an afternoon snack to both help with some extra iron and also some extra energy. I noticed I’m less tired at the end of the day lately - and it could be because of this little boost of iron. I’m in my second trimester now, so I have to admit that the energy could be back just because of that. For reference, my regular iron pills have 20mg of iron on it, and one bag of those cookies has 7mg. It’s not a replacement, but work well as a booster. This is a pricey snack though, since one box comes with only 6 bags. Eating one every other day like I do means they can last for a little bit under 2 weeks.Overall, I would recommend them if you’re looking for a tasty pregnancy snack and/or might be low on iron despite taking your prenatals every day.——Edited to add: I’m now on my third trimester and my iron levels are still good. My doctor told me to continue doing whatever I’m doing so I’ll keep eating these cookies as an occasional iron booster.

These are way to delicious
I was anemic all through pregnancy and post partum but these taste so good I ate so many bags I am probably too high in iron now😆Seriously though, the iron pills I was prescribed by my midwife were 300mg!! I took one and got so sick I immediately told her nope I can’t take them it’s not worth it to me. She told me to replace the pills with something high in iron in every meal… well I got these and thought they wouldn’t make a dent in my low iron problem but they absolutely did. Without making me sick! They taste so yummy it’s hard not to eat the whole box.

Good cookies but expensive
I trust this brand because I ate the milk makers breastfeeding cookies with my first baby. My sister told me about these because I am super anemic this pregnancy. It comes 6 bags in a box and the box was like 15 or so dollars which I felt was kind of pricey especially since it's not even a weeks worth of cookies. My other issue was that every bag I opened, most of the cookies were totally crushed, I had to dump the bag into my mouth. Other wise they were good, and I think there was enough iron in them, but I was just a little disappointed I couldn't even get a week out of them.
