Don't Buy!!!!!!!!
I am extremely unsatisfied with Wolfgang Puck High-Performance Commercial Blender, advertised as better than competitors, but doesn't even last 7 months. I purchased the blender on January 26, 2018 from HSN (Home Shopping Network). However I saved and never unboxed it until after April 2018, as a home gift to myself when I moved. As I mentioned to HSN it's a blender, so it's not as if it's getting used to any type of extremity. The CHERRY on top no working customer service via phone and their website says, "This service is unavailable". Talk about taking the money and runing. It's nice to see though that Wolfgang Puck is still taking reservations at one of his many fine establishments funded by the Bamboozled, not to mention so far the only working website. If you see Wolfgang Puck on HSN DO NOT TRUST A WORD COMING OUT OF HIS MOUTH! I am told not to expect my money back by the supervisor at HSN but honestly after all of these revelations, that would be preferred.

Best blender ever!
I LOVE this blender! It does everything a Vitamix does at about a third the cost. I can make hot soup, sauces gravies, and dips. But it also makes ice cream and will make snow from ice.
