One Cleaning Solution for Vinyl Records
I've used this stuff for years to clean vinyl records. Give it a shot.

Good cleaner
I've always been skeptical about quick cleaning records. I know LP cleaning machines do a great job cleaning discs, but I've never had success wet cleaning records with brushes (e.g. Discwasher brushes - although I use a dry one before every play). For some reason, wet cleaning a record with brushes always left more muck on my LPs and left them sounding worse. However, given MFSL's experience with great vinyl, I thought I'd give this cleaner a try. I was interested if an all-in-one cleaner from MFSL might be the "D-4" (DiscWasher) replacement that should have been created three decades ago. I am happy to report this is an excellent cleaning solution! It works as advertised and leaves no residue on the records! The cleaning secret, however, is not to be frugal with the solution. You really need to wet the record. Get as even a coat as you can on the vinyl, almost a wide puddle and let it sit for about three minutes, then remove the fluid and you'll hear a vast improvement. I was really surprised with my success. As I've said, this is the first brush-applied cleaner I've used that ever worked and didnt wind up leaving even more gunk on the LPs. My technique: I have three old Discwasher brushes around. I use one to apply a heavy layer of the fluid (yes, while the record is on my platter, I'm not sopping it wildly). One to remove most of the fluid. And after a minute of self-drying, I used the third brush for a final "polish". This system works great and leaves the records shining again. I give this product a 9/10 for doing what is promises. If you don't have the loot for a record cleaning machine, or the patience to hand wash, towel and rack dry your records...this stuff is the answer! Thanks, Mobile Fidelity!

Isopropanol not good for vinyl.
I liked the idea of a large refill for my Discwasher cleaning system. When I opened and got the strong sent of alcohol, I read the label. Contains Isopropanol. This is a solvent that will damage the vinyl over time. I only use on older records I buy second hand that need a deep cleaning.

First time using this product. I have an old album collection that started in the 70's and I wanted it all to move to my pc. I found Audacity software so I needed record cleaner to clean my vinyl. I think it does a pretty good job and in some cases may minimize record scratches and pops. I have been enjoying listening to albums I have not in about 35 years, so some of those groups gone by sound pretty good again, Dan Fogleberg, Robin Trower, ELP, AD w/Kerry Livgren from Kansas, also Kansas, Trapeze and I could go on. Been a blast having that music available for my MP3 player! Will buy it again if I run out.

Works! Don’t worry about a tiny bit of alcohol it’s not gonna destroy your record.
This is the stuff... there are so many liquids for Record cleaning but I really like this one…It dries very easily… It doesn’t leave some funky weird plastic residue on there. And I know they say that alcohol is always so bad for Records but you don’t put that much on here and you’re not going to ruin the grooves of your record with this tiny bit of alcohol… I like it very much.

Best Record Cleaner on planet
I have used this product on my entire collection of 2300 + records, Without question the best cleaner on the planet, here's the way I look at it, I don't buy junk records so IMO just like my truck, without question I can hand clean better than ANY car wash and feel the same about my records, One of the key things to remember when using this cleaner is to wait for it to dry, than wipe clean with a clean lint free micro fiber cloth, ABSOLUTELY the ONLY cleaner I use and will continue using

Supstantial Difference
I purchased the solution and the MO Fi brush. It takes about 10 minutes and a tablespoon of solution per side. Let the solution work into the groove, I put it on 45 RPM and lightly worked the brush over the album for 2-3 min. Then reversed direction for 1-2 min, finally forward again oscillating with the brush. I used a micro fiber cloth to dry, label to edge, rotating the cloth to avoid "recontamination".I noticed a 15-20 percent improvement.

Worth every penny
Excellent value for light cleaning of vinyl records, definitely notice a difference in surface noise after use. Those familiar with the Mobile Fidelity brand will scarcely need my recommendation, for everyone else I'll simply say if you are looking for a record cleaning solution for basic care, this ought to be your first port of call.Recommend getting a Mo-Fi brush (or two) as well, though this cleaning fluid also performs with lesser quality cloths and brushes. I didn't notice any instructions with it, but prevailing opinion seems to be apply a liberal quantity with a brush, leave to evaporate before using a second (dry) brush to remove any residue lifted from the playing surface. Seems to work.

No solution with this cleaning solution
In the yellow brick road of vinyl record cleaning solutions (or is it liquids) this one came with a litany of cleaning protocols that were too much for too little results. You need two dedicated brushes are warned to use this on recorded areas of the vinyl which means to me you should avoid the label. The product is poured on rather than a spray application. With all of this I didn't see any noticeable improvement in vinyl condition visually or from an audible perspective.

This is a great cleaning product and is a suitable replacement for the RCA D-4+ liquid at a fraction of the cost. I couldn't find a similar sized bottle of the RCA solution, and to keep buying all these small bottles is quite expensive. I bought this much bigger bottle and use it to refill my small ones. Two thumbs up!

Really cleans out the grime and fingerprints.
Paired with some good cleaning cloths, this fluid really shines up records and takes the noise from my records. Used it last night and managed to get a loop out.
