I had a bottle of Mag oil from Health & Wisdom for years and really didn't use it. I began to suffer spells of insomnia. When researching natural helps, I discovered apply Mag oil on my skin would help. I followed the direction to make up a spray bottle and use it regularly. It works. The spells of insomnia are fewer - diminished to only heat flashes. With more rest, I can continue to keep up with my busy family.I hate to admit that I tried another brand, hoping to save a few $. I didn't. The cheaper item didn't do anything for insomnia. I'll stick with H&W Mag oil from now on. It really does last a long time. If I don't share (and I normally do) a 64 oz bottle will last several years.

I’ve used this brand for about a year now. I am very pleased with the quality and will continue use it. I rub it on the soles of my feet and night for anxiety and muscle cramps it works wonders! It also helps me fall asleep and sleep like baby.

Rub this on the soles of your feet before bed and you will sleep as if you are in a coma. I swear I didn't roll over once! I never wake up in the same position I fall asleep in...until now.

I wrote an earlier review, raving about the products and service, fast shipping being super, but I also want to mention the lovely pop up calendar that was included! Its a totally WOW product in of itself! I love it! Thank you!
