Just set it up and WOW!
The media could not be loaded. This is a powerful little fan. Has a nice weight to it as well. Feels and looks like a high quality unit. Love the 2 fans which packs a punch on cigarette smoke. It’s exactly what I was looking for. Smoke gets trapped in the filter and almost nothing comes out the back of it, if anything at all. I can’t tell but the smoke is getting sucked right into it. I like that it’s compact enough that I can move it around easily. I’m a little nervous of the cord where it comes out the side of it. It bends really easily and looks like it could short over time. I’ll come back and give an update after a month of use and let you know how its working. Also, I bought the carbon filter material so I could cut my own and it’s SOOOO much cheaper that way. I would imagine that I will be replacing the filter often but that also goes with the territory. I know this isn’t the intended purpose of the fan, but I’m not the only one who uses one of these for this purpose. SO FAR, SOOOO GOOD!

lil powerhouse
The media could not be loaded. I use this on my small apartment balcony to smoke discreetly. Its not that loud; the noise level is similar to a laptop. Works pretty well and is the perfect size

Works fine, it's a fan and a filter.
Basically it's just a simple fan and a cover to hold a carbon filter. I can see my solder smoke get sucked right in, I keep it just a few inches away from my work. I put the spare filter in as well to get better filtering. It is not quiet, but not unbearable.

Great little work horse
This little guy is well worth it. I just tossed it in a project box, added some more carbon and it out performed my large unit at 8”. Only thing I would have like, the on/off toggle a wee closer and not in the middle of the cord. But other than that. Good for its use.

Amazing
The media could not be loaded. For the price, this is a very powerful dual fan. I am so happy with this purchase as it helps with ventilation tremendously. Now I’m going to rig it to funnel outside

Fan draw
Fine unit for the money. Have it in my office, Bit loud. My issue is the filters and smoke draw..

Pulls up fumes from melting PLA plastics
After 3D printing large projects in PLA there are some joints that rely on glue but I like to PLA heat weld some of these joints in order to know I have a mating piece that will not separate. With this approach comes the smoke/fumes off of the PLA plastic if over heated and burns. This device pulls those unwanted fumes out and filters this from the air around me. No more need for wearing a respirator to make these welds now and the garage does not smell like melded PLA afterwards too.

This is an excellent soldering fan
This fan works great. I was concerned with getting a single fan unit because reviews suggested that you needed to keep it very close to your work. this product solves that problem by including 2 fans in a sturdy metal box. The suction is really good and you can keep it at least 2 feet from your work. It also uses standard fan sizes which should be easy to replace if ever needed and it has a nice long cord with a switch built in.

Removed solder smoke efficiently and quietly.

Great Smoke Eater
I was surprised how great this works sucks the solder smoke from almost a half meter plus. When soldering can’t smell the smoke from the rosin core solder at all. Would definitely buy again.

Description poor, did not state voltage. If I had known it was 120 v I wouldn’t have bought it.
Had to return.
