Ok 08 silverado had crank no start. Fuel pump not running. Watched video on how to jumper fuel pump relay which got power to fuel pump fuse. Ok so fuel pump is bad right, ordered one. Plugged fuel pump in before i put it in tank to test and still no fuel pump motoring. The chevys have a fuel pump control module located in back by spare tire. Easiest way to test is jumper across the correct pins and viola fuel pump runs. So youd think the fuel pump module is bad but you need to test for power on the green/white wire. It either comes on for few seconds when you first turn key on or when cranking it will be on. If thats case then your module is bad, they have to be programmed by dealer or you can get them from gmflash(which is where I found videos for troubleshooting) on my truck there was no power so then you have to check green/white wire from PCM (ecu) . Theres a video on that too from gmflash on you tube. On my truck there was power from PCM , so I just had to run new wire back to fuel pump module and im back on the road. So technically I never needed fuel pump but im glad I changed it as mine was rusted badly and hose connection broke off in my hand and was soon going to leak. I had a 2009 yukon that rusted through as well and was spraying fuel all over, had to replace pump in that too, the joy of road salt. Hopefully ive saved you some hassle by writing my experiences. Fuel pump fit and worked great!

Save yourself the time and headache and spend a bit more money buying off a site like RockAuto or your local auto parts store. Pump never worked and was missing the fitting for the saddle tank. Return the item to the UPS store only to find out 2 weeks later UPS said it was damaged in shipping and has been discarded. Called Amazon about my refund and was told I'll get the refund "after they receive it"... which won't happen. Then I get told "I'll totally receive my refund in 5-7 days and they'll somehow still receive the discarded package.

I took the chance and installed without changing the temp sensor. It was no good. Swapped with original. All good.IDK why the local parts houses want $800 for these. Thank you Amazon for this.Decent build. Fuel line is a touch smaller so don't expect it to be food for a race engine.Still going strong.

Minor modifications were made to make the proper fit. Worked in 09 A4. Saved over 2k doing this repair over the dealership.

Best price for replacement fuel pump for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited 2.4L (gas guzzler). I was so happy when I started the car and could actually see how much gas I had. Getting the thing in the tank was a nightmare but that is a design issue with the car nothing to do with the pump.

Fittmet was great seams like it doesn't give as quick response as it should but everything else was good

working grate in My 2015 ram 1500 5.7lv8 looks slitly biffernt from ome part but works great truck never ran so good vary happy and u can't beat the grate price

The product was a perfect replacement for the original, could have had the locking ring included though.
