Moxibustion Menstrual Cramp Relief Natural Heating Herb Pad Heat Therapy Patches-Pack of 3

Every month I get menstrual cramps on and off and wanted to try something without too much effort and any side effects . I'm glad I came across these patches. I liked the product very much as it was very easy to use, instantly gets heated, no side effects and quick relief. I took a star off cause of the smell of the herb, although it did its job very well it was not very appealing to me.I still highly recommend these patches for some one looking for a quick relief from cramps without much effort.

Stayed warm for about 4 hours. Comfortable to wear. Adhesive works well (pulled out some of my belly hairs when I peeled it off too fast). Only complaint is that I wish it would be a little hotter, and you cant smell the herbs at all which would have been nice (in my opinion).

Like so many women, I suffer from endometriosis. I'm usually crippled and doubled over in pain each month. Cramping is dreadful and I usually sit with heating pad, or in hot bath, or have used moxi sticks on uterus point-which also heats up nicely. The moxi sticks are a bit inconvenient and time consuming etc. These therapy patches are wonderful. Once activated they stay very hot for a long time! Says up to 12 hours, and I got around 9-10 before they lost the heat. The center patch is infused with healing herbs that penetrate into the area as well. Though they didn't knock out pain completely, they did help to knock some of the sharp edges off. And honestly, just having the intense heat there consistently was soothing in itself. Once the patch is on, it stays on and there's no worries. Doesn't have any strong fragrance whatsoever, and isn't bulky.. so no one even has to know you're wearing it. I'd definitely wear it out if I had to go to work or other obligations. I also wore them overnight in bed which was very comforting. If you suffer from any sort of cramping I'd recommend giving these a try!

Opened. Was in foreign language if it wasn't for the display images we would not of known how to control temp. It only has 3 in it and one was punctured. There was herbs all over in the box. It really got warm helped a little bit. A hot water bottle works better . also I know what is in it versus this odd smelling product.

I have been using this product since my acupuncturist gave me a similar patch to help relieve my menstrual cramps. I have since ordered it 3 times. It is so nice to be able to wear this when I am working or walking around. It provides a comforting warm feeling last really last for many hours. I used 4 of the patches for my 2 previous menstrual cycles but this 3rd time I used it I was able to use just 2. I attribute the herbal properties for lessening my overall cramps and increasing the number of days in my cycle from 25 or 26 on average to 28/29. My acupuncturist has been treating me for cramps as well but not this month so I was really happy with the results. I plan on continuing to use these patches.

2 out of 3 i ordered got decently warm. One was hard like it had gotten wet and never warmed up at all. I won't be using them again though, because they did some serious damage to my skin when pulling them off. I have relatively sensitive skin but it pulled off a couple layers and it took a few days to heal.

I bought this for my college-bound grand-daughter. She will be attending college in Texas, many miles from home, and her family. Sometimes she becomes quite ill for the first day or so. I'm hoping this product will give her the relief that so many of the reviews have stated.

These warming herbal patches are very soothing for the tum. I tend to have debilitating cramps each month, but these patches keep the pain at bay. They did not completely erradicate cramps for me, but they made life much more bearable and comfortable. I recommend them.
