Holds up to Heat, but the Marks Become Light Gray
I applied to glass and allowed to dry. As it dried, it turned from deep black to a medium gray. After firing to over 1400 F, the marks remained, but were even lighter. I needed actual black, not light gray. The marks are durable: I tried scraping them off with a steel edge, and they fully resisted.

Used to touch up a brass fireplace door that had some Rustoleum chipping away. Took some vigorous shaking and a couple blotting coats but got the job done.

It tolerated heat well. No it didn't become part of the ceramic top when used as stated. Comes off easy.
