more than i expected
I purchased this product for HBP issues. I have found it to lower my BP, and my ankles and hands do not swell when I eat salt; I use it 2 to 3 times daily. At this rate it is mildly laxative, but I notice my stomach is shrinking, and my appetite has decreased. Have only been using less than 1 month, but I only expect this review to get better!

It does work
I have lost 6 pounds in a week!!!! However i cut off sugar, carbs, redmeat and alcohol from my diet.. This pills stops my cravings which is very helpful, so i m not hungry or tired, infact i m so energetic. I m tired of been stuck in the same weight. If you want to loose weight this pill will help you. But you need to change your eating habbits.
