easy replacement

Very bright
They fit perfectly into the 4" holes left by junction boxes removed during a rewire and are plenty bright for closet/hallway lights as well as task lighting in kitchens and bathrooms. Installation was a bit strange because the manual says the fixture needs to be grounded, but the entire body is plastic and there is no grounding screw or anything to hook the ground wire onto. The instructions show a third wago connector going to some imaginary third wire in the box that isn't there. Other than that, they were a breeze to install.
