Product pictured is now what you receive. It is a "compatible" product. It came with a flyer stating that FP Postbase Systems have a hardware issue... in case you get one with your postage meter. And gives you instructions on contacting FP and having them come out and clean your boards. RED FLAG. I have never had an error message come up during any change of cartridge (done it 3 times so far). The cartridges may be just fine, but I only want what I pay for and what I believed was a photo of the actual product. Buyer be warned.
