Update: Dewbu reached out to me, I did not even have to contact them....they emailed me and offered to replace the battery at no cost in an attempt to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I verified my info and less than a week later a brand new battery landed in my mailbox. It doesn't last long but it charges to full capacity in just a few hours. I still love the jacket but now I get to love it more often since I no longer have to wait an entire day and then some to wear it.....and this is a year to have a nice heated jacket because it's been so freakin cold! I like the thumbholes although I can only use them if I'm not wearing another jacket over this one. I put my down coat on top of this heated jacket and while I may not be able to put my arms down, I sure am nice and toasty warm. Sleeves could be a bit longer in proportion to the body. The hood is the perfect size, not so small it trashes my hair-do and not so big it covers my face. It's not scratchy, the zipper is sturdy and easy to use after it gets broke in, kinda stiff and hard to separate at first. Pockets are in a weird spot but are a decent size and zippered. Not quite sure what the tiny pocket on the sleeve is for? A very obvious stash pocket maybe... I unplug the battery when I take it off to make the battery last longer. I LOVE IT!! I bought one for my friend for Christmas...kind of an expensive gift but he works outside and it's freakin cold!! Excellent customer service!! Also, this is the ONLY heated jacket I have come across so far that has heat in the sleeves.... that plus their commitment to your satisfaction makes this Dewbu heated jacket the one I would recommend.Thanks Dewbu Customer Support!!Original review unedited:Love the jacket, super warm and fits great...It's pretty heavy and the battery goes fast but takes forever to charge and never charges fully..like 2 days forever and it only went to 78% and then didnt get any higher...maybe a bad battery?Otherwise it's a great jacket....would make an excellent gift!

Amazons customer service failed me with the battery issue but seller fixed. The javket is actually quite nice. Heats well. Lasts long. Comfortable and well made. Cool look.

I loved how warm it gets and how long it last. I usually am a medium in sweatshirt and jackets but it is a bit larger and so sometimes can’t feel the heat cause not against me due to size. One size smaller would be perfect. When I do have it pulled against me very warm. Makes all the difference sitting out at those 40 degrees sporting events

My husband gave me a Dewbu heated polar fleece jacket for my birthday last year. I practically live in it now. I liked it so much, I surprised him with one for his birthday and it was a huge hit. Turns out after he saw how much I liked (and used) mine, he wanted one, too. It is a great weight for cold, windy weather--heavier and thicker than a traditional light-weight polar fleece, but at the same time less bulky than typical winter parkas. The more I wear it, the more I like it. The zippers are sturdy and in the right places to be super useful. I'm picky about the top of zippers being exposed and freezing my chin, and this jacket has that extra flap of material to keep it snuggly. The hood is perfect weight and forms well to block wind without making me feel suffocated. The fact that it heats quickly, has varied temperatures and has a good long-lasting rechargeable battery becomes an added benefit for a coat that is so well designed and quality made.

Great jacket, warm, fits true to size

Bought 2 of these jackets for my husband and myself. Charged the batteries fully when we received them and took them of the charger. Went to use them that weekend (next day, I received them Friday) and the batteries were already drained more than 50%. Charged them again until 100%, and got the same result. Batteries will not hold charge no matter how long you charge them.

Pockets are high, not as warm as other heated coats I’ve had. Don’t like the one control button. But I should’ve read the info better

I bought this jacket a year ago and it worked great. It has a lot of heating elements which really kept me warm. There are heating elements in the back, front, and arms. I am a teacher and have car duty in the cold mornings and also recess duty so I needed something to keep me warm. There were some days I only needed this fleece hoodie and some days I layered it with my jacket. It didn't take long to charge the battery and it lasted a long time as long as I used the lowest setting. If I used the highest setting (warmest) then it didn't last that long but I only needed it for a short period anyway so it was fine for me. The trouble started suddenly about a year later (now) when the heating element stopped working. Actually, I charged the batter to full and then went to turn on my jacket. The light came on and was heating up but then suddenly it turned off. I could turn it on but within a minute it would turn off. It was acting like the batter was dead even though I just fully charged it. So now I don't have anything to keep me warm. I'm so bummed.

No complaints, the jacket is soft, the hood is nice and large. It warms up well and the battery seems to last decently long. Definitely recommend.

My order arrived quick, the sweater/jacket is very well built. I needed a replacement and the customer service was very professional and friendly.I would order again if I felt the need.

I love this jacket so much! I’m chronically cold and this jacket is decent without the battery. Once you turn it on it’s like a warm hug!! I would recommend not sizing up. You want it to be close to your body to feel the heat. The battery is great too, charge lasts long, it’s just a little heavy but worth it. My husband and friend have bought one now too and love it as much as me.

This did not work. Battery won't work.

So far I love everything about cynics jacket, it fits well, I can definitely feel the warmth, it would be great if you could incorporate a windproof layer.
