Exceptional value for money
I bought this twin pack as a gift, having bought two other powerbanks from this manufacturer for my own use. So the comments I'm making are from the recipient, mixed with what I've noticed being different to the other two.The main thing to say about this product is that it's excellent value for money - two 10,000mAh powerbanks, each with a USB-C to USB-A cable, for less than £20. Better yet they've got USB-C in AND out, and the option of recharging via USB-mini for someone who has a legacy charger left over from an old phone. The batteries are very slightly heavier and larger than some others made by the same group and sold under their EAFU and INIU brand names, but I'd say only by 15-20 percent, and those are more expensive. So overall it's a very fair tradeoff.Having two powerbanks can be useful for people who need to use one while recharging the other, or in a household where there are several people who might want to go out for some time with a phone not knowing if they can get to the mains to recharge. Saves arguments! That's why I chose this for the recipient.Having a two-way USB-C socket and two USB-A ones is probably the ideal combination because it means the included USB-C to USB-A cable is all you need to charge the battery and take power from it to a smartphone or other device. It can actually charge two devices at the same time.Overall, these battery packs feel and look to be good quality, with a clearly visible digital display showing the percentage of remaining charge activated by a discreet button on the side. There's enough capacity to charge even a high capacity phone from around 30 percent back to 100 percent three times, and it takes maybe 90mins to do this.

Amazing for a long flight and travelling
This product is great, especially because you get 2 of them together. The charger is portable and due to its shape is quite easy to slot in your bag between your other belongings. It is a bit heavier than the regular ones but I quite liked that because it feels good quality and that it will withstand a bit of wear and tear.Being able to see how much charge it has left is really convenient and it turns off by itself if not in use aswell. They do take a bit of time to charge but they also hold their charge which is important.I’ve charged my phone which it does quickly, a Nintendo Switch and an IPad on these and it’s worked just fine.I Took it to Mexico on a long flight and it charged 2 phones from dead to 100% charge and still had some power left.

Long lasting, sturdy
These are very useful, hold charge consistently and well made. Clear display shows percentage to full.

Does the job
Seems to be good quality at a fair price. It charges my phone quite speedily whilst retaining a high charge level.Only criticism is that it is as big as my phone and very heavy which puts me off carrying it with me...the very purpose for which I bought it.

Very happy. A must have!
Good capacity, good weight. It is much more useful to have 2 packs with lower capacity compared to one with higher capacity.

Great power packs at great price
Superb value and well made. Seems to charge my phone 3 times. Slightly larger than my other one at same capacity. The LED charge indicator is useful BUT its bright and as your device is charging the LED number changes so if its in your peripheral vision (for example whilst watching TV, it does distract you unless you remember to turn it face down:) All in all really pleased with purchase.

So far, so GREAT!
I add velcro to my chargers/phone cases. This will be relevant, in a few.I love everything about them (so far). Durable casing, light, compact (I can velcro it to the back of my tablet or phone, ability to charge (3 devices, if needed), and affordable. The digital display, that it not just blinking lights, shat shows a NUMBER indication of how much power is left, is a HUGE plus! That also gives me an indication of how long, and how much power each device takes.I had a 20,000mAh charger, that I GAVE AWAY, to a friend, last week, because: 1. my friend; 2. don't have as much of a need for it, anymore. It was much bulkier, didn't have the USB-C charging capabilities, IN and OUT; 3. I think it makes more sense to have TWO smaller/compact 10,000mAh chargers, than one bigger one. For instance: If I need to charge my tablet, or bluetooth, or anything, PLUS my phone, at the same time, I can have 10,000mAh attached to my phone (or in my pocket) and be able to actively use it, then have the rest 10,000 in my backpack/courier bag, with no wires going/out.Also, if I have nothing else to charge, at the time, I have a less bulky "spare". Generally, I try to make sure that everything is fully charged, before I "set out on my days' adventures" but I not only like to go on Amtrak, but also, MANY times, friends/etc. have needed a charge. I used to have a 5000, and the 20000 as an emergency. However, I don't like having to be "tethered".Another "few" pluses that you might want to think about: They can also be charged using a "standard" micro-USB charger. They come with cables, but not the actual charger. No problem: My non-expensive tablet (and other devices that I have owned) came with a micro-USB output charger. My phone came with a USB-C charger, so...One last thing: I haven't dealt with their customer service, yet. That is actually a GOOD thing, and one of the reasons I waited until this close to the "return deadline" to write this review: I want to test it, for ME, first, so that I could give a fair, an honest evaluation. They may have even sent a warranty card. I generally keep those in my "file" because as many (at least me): If it doesn't last/defective/isn't as advertised, with REASONABLE use, any time within the return period, depending on which, I will either return it, or contact the seller: Generally for "things happen" issues. For instance, if one of the cords has a defect, from the manufacturer, I swap them, just to make sure, and not assume that one of the chargers doesn't work, at all. Also, I spent a LOT of time, narrowing down which one(s) I finally decided on, which included reading reviews, so I am confident enough. AND, if they are not, honorable/reputable, the MFW would not be worth anything, anyway.Signed United States Marine Corps Veteran

Sleek and useful
So I ordered 2. Liked them and so I ordered 2 more. They are a good compromise between size and utility.

Great investment
It was very good investment having bought this pair of charger. I've had a few years with them and they still work very well.

One has already failed within 31/2 months; seller replaced under warranty
I really like these power banks because of their capacity and ease of use. The display shows the % of charge and there's enough capacity to charge an iPhone 3-4 times. The display stays on while charging it's internal battery, as well as when providing power while charging your phones/devices. Has a low power option for charging iPods. They have a 3 year warranty. One of my units has failed - will not charge up my devices; instead, it turns itself off after a few seconds. It's not the cables or devices, since the other unit charges them perfectly. I'll post an addendum with the outcome, since it's been > 90 days and it can't be sent back for an exchange with Amazon.Update on 4-7-21: Topstar Technology LLC (seller) sent a replacement for the failed power bank after some brief correspondence via E-mail. After trying recommended cures and sending a couple of pics, the seller agreed my unit was defective. The replacement arrived at my doorstep unharmed and works as intended and is a newer design. I'm very pleased with the outcome of the warranty service, and this company really appreciates their customers and stands behind their products. I will definitely do business again with Topstar Technology - they have earned it!

My favorite ones I've tried thus far
I've been trying a couple of different kinds of battery packs to keep things charged. I use a lot of small devices, like Kindles and my iPad and my phone and don't always feel like leaving them at my charging station to recharge if I am still using them. These do actually charge my Fire HD10 and my iPad, whereas other ones I have tried do not. And they are great for my other electronics I mentioned. I also sometimes use them in the summer to run my little USB fan overnight.I love that they come in a two-pack. Not only does that add to the value, but I like having a backup on hand. They do seem to hold up pretty well. I have even fully charged my iPad off of one of these when it is fully charged.I love that they have a digital display that lets you know how much power is left in the bank. It's much easier to guesstimate how much longer they will last. They charge really well in my work computer with the included USB-C cord. I can also charge them using the power cord that came with my Fire 10 or any other USB charger. The C fills them up faster, of course.I have found that they do fit in my pocket so that I can carry one with me if I'm out for the night and worried about my phone battery dying. But they are a little heavy. I don't usually mind, though, and usually keep them in my bag.I may get another set for more backup this summer.
