Some good information
Not quite what I expected though there was some good information. It was not very focused on the Papillon and was more general in its content. Much of this information is easily found online so you may want to do some research first before buying.

Was looking for Poop Eating!!!
I was disappointed in content, as aside from the history, the information was generally known. I really what the book because my 4 months old Papillon does Eat Her Poop!!!

Not really about papillons
General book on dog training, with a few inserts about papillons. Could have a great deal more on puppy care, house training, and health care, and perhaps fewer "dad" jokes. It is OK for the price though.

okay information
some of it was generalized info on any breed of dog.

The book really does train my pap
I brought this book to train my 9 month old puppy. Granted I was very sceptical about the book but within a few hours of training him I began to see the results. He has learnt to come when he's called and lie down when told and for the first time. (that was in one day). Since I got him when he was 6 months old he hasn't tried to nip or jump up me.

great advice for this highly intelligent dog breed
Very useful book with lots of helpful advice . Papillons ARE very different from most little dogs and are big dogs inside a little dog's body .
