I recently purchased this HDMI cable, and I am extremely impressed with its performance! The build quality is top-notch, with durable connectors and a flexible yet sturdy design. Worked perfectly for 12 months but had a problem where it wasn't recognised by my TV. Was a tad worried as have had really bad experiences with other cable sellers, who seem to just churn out cheap (and even dangerous) cables, that break within weeks.Anyway, I emailed their support team, not sure what to expect. Was I in for another round of email tennis with a seller, who tries to convince me that the issue is my fault? Pleased to say that my experience was the opposite, they sorted out the issues almost instantly (outside of normal working hours too!).As for the cable, it's very high quality and well made, with no corners cut either. It worked perfectly at 120 FPS 4k on my LG C2 OLED, which is pretty good considering it's a 12M cable. Before getting this I'd bought a cheaper generic cable which just ended up in a landfill as wasn't fit for purpose, I guess if you buy cheap you buy twice. Yes, I had a minor issue but it's hard to mark them down when their service was so responsive and helpful. I think if you are on the fence with buying this, then you can't go wrong, my overall experience was quite positive and I'll be back if I need a similar quality cable in the future.

This is the 4th 10m active optical HDMI cable I've been through trying to get my RTX 4000 series GPU to play ball with my LG C9.The other 3 cables I've tried included top brands such as Cable Matters and Blustream but they all suffered from what I assume are signal drops or handshake issues when using 4K 120Hz HDR and G-SYNC (the C9 is G-SYNC compatible). The TV frequently would go black for several seconds (regardless of using desktop, in-game or when streaming video), repeatedly triggering the 'instant game response' message. Frustrating to say the least!I was beginning to lose hope as I wasn't 100% sure if it was the TV, HDMI cable or GPU causing the issue, but I was fairly confident it was the cable given that moving the PC closer to the TV and using a shorter cable worked just fine.I know 10m is a lot, but active/optical cables are designed specifically for transmitting up to 48 Gbps over longer distances, and running 4k 120Hz 10 bit colour depth (the C9 panel doesn't support 12 bit) uses bandwidth of around 40 Gbps...well below the 'certified' 48Gbps these cables can supposedly handle.This cable from RUIPRO actually works! After 3 days of use it's not dropped once and is rock solid at 4K 120Hz G-SYNC HDR 4:4:4 10 bit depth.It's also very well constructed...thick enough to provide good protection and very flexible making routing the cable through trunking a breeze.I can see why this cable gets a lot of mentions on AV enthusiast forums. It's expensive...but it's the only cable I've tried that actually does what I need, so great job RUIPRO!If this cable goes the way of the others I've tried after a while, I'll come back and update this review.

This cable enables us to use HDMI from a laptop to a large-screen TV over a long distance. We are able to run the cable discretely along two walls and up to the TV without creating a trip hazard or risking damage to the cable with the more direct route from the laptop. Previously, we were connecting via WiFi but the signal was very unstable and we would lose the picture at the most awkward time.It's an expensive cable but at the moment it seems like money well spent.

Got a new gaming pc and the cable provided was not good enough for my RTX 5090, kept losing picture, so I tried this hdmi cable and now runs perfect, great cable.

I need a 7m run from my AV Receiver to my TV and regular High-Speed HDMI cables just weren't cutting it. I kept getting picture and sound dropouts when using the 4K Bluray player and Xbox One X and I tried quite a few different cables. This 10m Fibre HDMI cable solved all that. Is it worth the £87 I paid for it during Black Friday? Absolutely not, no HDMI cable is worth that sort of money but it solved my issues so I'm happy enough. Because it's so expensive I can't rate it with 5 stars though.
