Item came quickly but I had three issues. 1) I couldn't get my S5 to consistently charge on the pad- I would have a repeat charging notifications which became very annoying. I only 50% of the time could I get it to charge on the 1st-5th attempt to position the phone on the charging pad. 2) issue I'll blame myself: the battery insert was a smidge to thick so when I dropped my got splashed over the course of a few hours by the edge of the pool water got into the phone. This was never a problem before, but I blame myself for being to cavalier and phone is basically okay. 3) I've had this charging pad for 2 months I eventually went with a Samsung S5 charging cover after 2.5 weeks because of the 1st issue I mentioned. So I with the Samsung charge cover everything was perfect until this morning. I started smelling a burning smell and 10 minutes later realize it was coming from the direction of my phone. WELL the charging pad itself actually melted on the top in a centimeter long oval. My Samsung charge cover had a little external melting where it contacted the charging pad. So cosmetic damage to the Samsung charging cover, no damage internally (battery, cover, nor phone itself), but the charging pad has a whole in the top- looks like the PCB below burned up about 1.5cm from where on plug in the microUSB power cable.SO inexpensive, but in my experience not quite up to snuff.

No Instructions included just a box of parts
Its going back...No instructions included in using or inserting the wireless adaptor for the galaxy. Useless.

Cheap and not worth the price
Base is not compatible with other Qi receivers.Very sensitive to misalignment.
