M1 My First Digital Picture Frame Pink Castle

Horrible product! Bought this for my daughter for christmas and it worked until the day I went to put in the sd card that I had just bought. When I went to turn it on before even putting in the sd card, the screen was completely white. I tried to contact nextar and they told me to send them proof of purchase (a receipt) in which I didn't have. I will never buy from this company again and I hope that you do the same for your own sake
