The most important thing is that this is the best looking if not close to best looking low top duck boot I have found anywhere. Secondly this is one of the only that comes in wide widths. The shoe is every bit as nice looking in person and the comfort it excellent. I live in the south in the low country, so every time it rains there are lots of puddles everywhere and they last for a while. I needed shoes I could wear in these types of situations as well as when I go back up north to wear in the snow. I know Sperry as a very good brand but expensive, so when I found a great deal in Amazon it was a no brainer. I've had other brands of duck boots but they always feel flimsy and fit very poorly. These feel like regular shoes and just feel much more solid.

My cranky feet are very satisfied with fit and the comfort.

It's nice to find a good, warm, waterproof winter shoe that comes in wide sizes. I took a chance and ordered this without being able to try it on and I'm happy to say that the wide size is nice and roomy in the toe box.This shoe has several plusses - the primary being that it's warm and waterproof and easy to get on and off. I've taken to just leaving the laces tied and shoving my foot into it as it's mostly used casually and I don't need a tight fit.I have noticed that within two weeks the laces are starting to wear thin - and they're ridiculously long. But replacing laces is a simply matter. I've noticed two other things that in total are worth taking a star off of this rating. First, they're rather stiff, with the sides jabbing into my ankles. They're just high enough to rub against my ankle bones - I wish they were a half inch shorter on the sides. Secondly, the tread is not great on slippery ground. The tread is such that forward to back travel is limited, but it's easy for them to slide left to right. Take a look at the tread design and you'll see why.Still, they're warm and waterproof. I've taken to using my own inserts which add a bit of lift to my foot so they don't rub on my ankle bone now. They're great for casual use and I mostly recommend them.

I have ordered 2 pairs of these, know that they run about a 1/2 size too large.As I wear a 11.5 in all of my shoes & boots, A Sperry 11.5 caused the heel to come out while walking.2nd pair came super quick, in an eleven, fit very well, loved the red plaid liner, the heel was just the right height to make is a snappy casual dress shoe, for church and getting in to and from the parking lot, in a Midwest winter.I found these to be super for going to the store & running errands in the snow, slush and rain.But.....To stand outside and greet for 30-40 minutes, in 20 degrees, they were not nearly warn enough.If your looking for a good looking shoe, that is comfortable & perfect for rain, snow, slush and 30 degrees + this is it.I will say the Sperry Brand is new to me, I will consider it in all future winter purchases.

Awesome, sturdy, comfy, waterproof shoe. Easy to slip on and off for yard work or taking the dogs out. Great that they have a little insulation for warmth as well.

My hubby got these boots and he loves how the look. He said they are warm and they are comfortable. He is very happy with them. He would definitely buy them again.

First we looked at the well known outdoor store/catalog shoes and boots that are similar, but they did not fit and weighed a ton. These are pretty heavy too but fit much better and are comfortable, and much much cheaper than the famous store's similar shoes. Very nice.

Nice, attractive shoes, can't say much about durability as just put them on for the first time, but seem sturdy and well- made, true to size, though no real arch support FYI.

Bought these to replace standard style ducks that were worn out. Stylish, durable, comfortable, waterproof and easily cleaned after a muddy walk. Dressy enough to wear out vs boots on wet days. Would have preferred a slip on vs the laces but they do the job very well.

I have been looking for those for a while. Perfect for rainy automn days when I need to walk the dog on wet grass and mushy terrain.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas and he loves them. They are extremely well made and look even better in person than in the pictures.He had wanted duck shoes for doing chores etc when it's wet outside. He likes these so well that he doesn't want to mess them up and is using them for casual shoes.He has a hard time finding shoes that fit well and are comfortable on both feet and these fit the bill.

Quick delivery Would have preferred the Baffin (no lace slip on) design but they were not available.

This was a great buy for a Canadian winter. They are solid, warm, comfortable, have good grip. and slip on and off easily. All good.The fit was slightly larger than expected but better than too small.
