There is a mistake in this item. In the picture you can see Choline/inositol 500 mg but in reality it is Choline 350mg. It is mentionned in the description but quite difficult to find from the first sight. So I actually got only Choline 350 mg. I immediately contacted the seller and they solved the problem really quickly. As for this product, Choline 350mg, it is really good, I started to feel the difference on the second week and I'm really glad I've bought it,even it was by mistake)))

Seen many "positive" ads about them, so, after consulting my physician, I gave them a try and to be honest, I haven't felt better (or worse) than before using them and I used half bottle so far, so I'll pass the rest.

Good product, I’m liking this as I’m seeing a difference in energy. The sclera (whites of eyes 👀 “ has become whiter and brighter, I didn’t know this was an effect of the choline, it is after researching why my eyes are looking brighter, more life in them. Mi neuróloga me lo mandó porque tengo Esclerosis Múltiple y la memoria me estaba fallando mucho, tengo ya un tiempo tomándolo y he vuelto a estudiar, mi mente es mucho más clara, ya no pierdo la concentración y puedo recordar todo con facilidad, lo recomiendo ampliamente en este sentido. Lo único malo es que el proveedor tiene un costo excesivo y cuando lo compre incluso me cobró envío aún teniendo Prime. Lo encontré a mitad de precio con proveedor de Estados Unidos .

Works for me

I noticed an immediate increase in energy and I will be having lab work done soon to see if my numbers have improved or at least stayed the same as this replaced 2 of my medicines. No ill side effects have occurred other than if I want to go to sleep on time I have to take them before dinner. Didn't make me jittery but I just had enough energy so I didn't feel tired enough to sleep.
