The sound of the swoosh means something good is coming
I've had the original Pacojet for 10+ years and use it for many different cooking tasks than I originally thought. It remains my ultimate sorbet and fruit ice machine but it easily makes creamy preparations of frozen lobster shells as a flavorful addition to lobster bisque. Pricey but worth every penny if you can find space in your kitchen for this type of technology.
