I bought these filters and the change filter light came on and will not go off. Has anyone else had this problem?

The red light on Levoit Purifier automatically goes on after a certain amount of operating hours to remind you to check your filter. It does not actually detect or measure how dirty your filter is. Just press and hold the red light for a few seconds and it should go off

What is the merv rating?

A true HEPA H13 filter has a MERV rating greater than 18. The relationship between MERV and HEPA is not one to one.

Are these replacement filters for the Levoit 300 series AHAM cerrified? If not, how would we know that this is effective?

Dimensions of these filters are NOT the same as the Levoit filters. These are shorter. Theres enough space between the filter and the Levoit 300 core air purifier, that you can hear the filter move around inside the unit when you jostle it a little. That never happens with an original Levoit filter.

Does this filter work in an isinlive vortex V1?

Sorry, I can't answer that, but I have a Levoit air purifier and it fits/works perfectly.
