This is a great counting scale, and is portable, it’s a little confusing because it says battery sold separately but there is no “door” to put it in. This made me feel like i received the wrong.item but in order to install the battery you have to take the bottom off and as well have a wire connector. This is a super simple thing to do though. Product works great

I work with a lot of small parts and need to keep an accurate inventory.This scale is easy to configure and holds a super accurate count of parts.

I bought this scale because the price was reasonable AND it had all the features I wanted in a counting scale.However, after a year, the scale keypad stopped working. I was very frustrated, but the company, even though they did NOT have to help me, were kind enough to send a replacement keypad for free via FedEx.They were kind enough to provide schematics, video tutorials, and anything else I needed. The Keypad arrived in about 3 days, and it took about ten minutes to install. Works perfectly now!Buy with confidence! This is an extremely reputable company and they will go out of their way to help you--seriously!

Very Good quality

Easy to use, effective for small parts. If you are doing a lot of have parts that can easily roll off you'll need a basket but a box or plastic container works fine.

We use these counting scales in three of our departments at a manufacturing plant. The scales work pretty good, and hold up well, especially considering their low cost.

The media could not be loaded.  I want to return it, but we also need it right now so it’s hard to decide. Overall pretty unsatisfied

I was skeptical of the accuracy of this scale- but after using a sample of 200 coins to determine the individual weight, it was almost identical to the US Mint specifications. Could not be more pleased with simplicity of operation, appearance, and value for the money.

I sell electronic parts and they often come with washers and nuts which I had to hand count before, but no more! This scale saved me a lot of time and improved my workflow by magnitude.

Up to now, the quality of this scale is flawless. The 10kg capacity is HUGE and even with this high capacity, its accuracy is amazing. Even weighting and counting something as small as paperclip, I have the right quantity at each time. The scale came without battery but I got quick and responsive answers from their customer service.

worth every $. Does what it is suppose to do and feels high quality. A little complicated to use at first but did not take too long to figure it out.

It works well so no complaints

I bought first time 2 units, which doesnt have battery, and there is no way to ad battery on the order. So you need to buy separately. There is no instruction how to install the batery. After 1 months of using the conector to charge the batery was not working. Then, I returned and bought 2 new ones because I phave bought the bateries and I was hopping that the new one could work adequately. Once again the conector is not working and I lost the scale and the batery.
