All I want to do and all I can think of is sleep! I drank this when I was younger and decided to give it another try. I actually have normal energy to get things done around my house! I was starting feel like all I was going to be was a zombie! I will be buying a monthly supply of this and keeping it stocked! It does have a slight vitamin taste but taste good when really cold.

I’m not a coffee drinker and this spark gives you a spark to get up and go. Tastes great! Used it for energy.

This stuff works... a little too well. I'm one of those people who can hit a wall when I get tired and sometimes even fall asleep sitting up, or even driving, ugh, knock on wood. I tour in a band and we sometimes play on little sleep, driving when we're running on fumes. I cut back on caffeine so just a half of one of these in a bottle of water does the trick. And it tastes good. The fruit punch and pink lemonade flavors are the best. I can't stand the taste of truck stop energy drinks and they make me too wiggy. This is a way better, seemingly gentler pick-me-up. It's probably saved my life a few times. Only thing is, it might be a little dehydrating so drink lots of water with it. As a singer, I noticed my voice being a little drier if I'd drink one of these before a show, but the pro's of not falling asleep on stage are worth it.

Like all the other reviews say. This is a great supplement that give you the energy without the crash. I have tried numerous other pills and drink aids but many others have made me feel jittery, made my heart race/ gave me palpitations or left me feeling very lethargic and tired after it wore off. This one absolutely does not! It's not like this massive burst of energy, it's like I'm at the gym and I feel myself running faster or longer,or I push myself to lift 5-10 pounds or reps more. It's a great feeling off accomplishment and I can tell the different when I do not take the drink beforehand. Some people take it like a shot or make a full drink out of it. Depends on how much of an energy boost you need...

I have a full time job, 2 kids, and I like to work out at least a few times a week. I really lack energy, especially in the morning. I have tried 5 hour energy, soda, frappucinnos, caffeine supplements, etc. I really don't like to consume tons of caffeine because it keeps me awake at night, even if I drink it in the morning. I think I am going to stick with Spark because, in comparison to my other sources of energy I've tried, Spark has the least amount of caffeine. I also don't crash later in the day. I drink Spark in the morning, and feel constant energy all day long. The fruit punch is the best tasting flavor in my opinion, and I think I've tried most of them. Very much like you would expect a "fruit punch" to taste. I wish it were a little cheaper though.

This product is highly overrated. I had avoid smelling this product to get it down. And once I did I had the worst bloating after not even completing the one serving. It's very expensive for a couple of packets and you can not return it. I can't believe people recommend such a Horrible product. It smells so bad, I cannot believe I got in a couple sips...and with that the worst bloating!!!
