broke the 2nd week used
On the 2nd day my 10yr old granddaughter used this backpack the top sipper broke. I would like to know is I could get a replacement,she really likes the backpack. Lynn Sanders

Zipper broke after two months of use.

First week and broken
One of the two zippers were broken as was the handle on the first week of use. Although this item is very cute it was poorly made.
