gc2b half binder (XS, Gray)

This is nearly perfection. I ordered a couple other "bargain binders" made in Asian countries and the adage "you get what you pay for" has never been proven more true.The other binders were like sports bras. I'll hang on to them for when I want a snug tank that provides more support than a regular bra, but the point is to flatten.The GC2B binder does exactly what it's supposed to. And while the first couple times I felt like a killer whale trying to squeeze past the Gowanus Canal, it gets easier to put on and take off (I suspect the material gives a little as you wear it).I would size up from what the size chart says. It's just a hair tight but I'm hoping a few wears and washes will loosen it enough.It's made fairly well, certainly much higher quality than the cheaper binders. What puts this in the upper echelon is how absolutely it flattens the chest without hurting the ribs or constricting breathing. It's comfy to where you feel it only when bending over or sitting / "slumping" — the front binder material is some sort of thick stiffer mesh but it's still soft and breathable.What might be a slight issue for some is that the neck is cut somewhat high. Esp if you're transitioning and bulking up, the neck on this binder rides up a little bit. You can def get away with true crew neck t-shirts but not v-necks or boat necks or "open" button-down shirts unless you wear a crew neck underneath.Not a game changer for me though. This is a superb chest binder if, like me, your crew neck t-shirt collection rivals Hedwig's wig-drobe. I will definitely buy more of these in the different colors (but go with the next size up & keep the smaller one for cosplays or whatnot).
