It said it was narrow and my foot is narrow and it is THE MOST COMFORTABLE CLARKS ever. I put it on and walked around the office all day then went shopping after for an hour and it was like walking on clouds! No back pain or tired knees with joint pain. I haven't worn another shoe for work since I got it. Leather is LEATHER. smooth and soft. Height of heel is ideal for people with lower back pain issues and arch issues. And after a long day, I have not felt tired feet at all. Wish it had more colours. Every neat looking on the foot. Classy looking . The leather is good quality and does not look "cracked" even wearing every day. The heel is thick rubber I imagine. Have not experienced slipping with this in our rainy weather but hoping not to experience either.

I really like the style, look, and comfort of this shoe. Fits true to size ordered 7 1/2I can wear these with my dresss or pants love the low block heel.

I needed a decent looking shoe that would be comfortable for upscale everyday and for travel. These fit the bill. Clark shoes have always been amazing at a reasonable price point. The fact that this brand offers wide widths is a bonus for those of us with wide feet.

This is a great shoe for a corporate work environment. One was a little loose on my heel, but that was an easy fix. Comfortable as always - you can trust Clarks!

Day one out of the box comfort. They are snug but very supportive and very comfortable. If you have a very high instep or a large ankle area you might find the strap a bit short. It was the right size for me but I am flat footed with very small ankles.

These shoes are true to size, comfortable and made of nice quality leather.

I wear these for work. Work extremely long hours and they never needed breaking in.The strap doesn’t hurt. It’s Velcro attached.I do have extremely thin/narrow feet and the strap helps them stay on. Very happy they come in Narrow.

This is a very pretty shoe and the shoe base fit well but the strap that goes across the top of the arch was much too small for my wide width foot. I couldn't even get the strap into the loop. I do like the size of the heal and the overall feel of the shoe. I sadly had to return them. :( Will continue looking for a shoe without the strap closure.

These shoes fit like they were made for me, everything from the exact length and width of my foot, even had a good heel fit which you don't always get with the wider width. They are super attractive, leather is soft, love the cuban heel, I sometimes have balance issues, but these are very stable and soles are quiet. My only issue and I know these will stretch a bit since they are leather, is the area over the toes is just every so lightly tight, but just wore them around the house for a bit and they were starting to get to the shape of my forefoot. These are not cheap shoes, but they are the best shoes I've ever had, always go for Clark's if I can find them. Excellent buy and would recommend.
