Grace Note Chimes 1S 36-Inch Earth Song Wind Chimes, Small, Silver

We purchased our 1st Grace Notes chimes (Earth Song) 9 years ago. The tone is excellent and longer lasting than others we've had due to the unique suspension used for the tubes. When the cord holding the striker broke, we had to send it back for repair under Grace Note's 10 year warranty. But we didn't want to be without chimes for the 3-4 weeks required for repair and refurbishment. So we purchased a new, identical set. Since our granddaughters always enjoy ours, we had the refurbished chines delivered to them. Realizing how much we missed the chimes when they broke led us to purchase a second set (Stardust) for a different location in our yard, so that we're always within earshot of one set or the other. We were also happy to do more business with a company like Grace Notes that makes an outstanding product and fully stands behind its warranty.

The chimes were happily given and enthusiastically received. They are well made and the sounds resound in the heart. Well designed , the sound is soft and enchanting.

The tone is excellent. The chimes are well made and have stood up to some strong winds. The plasic chime clapper is solid but the color looks like old cheap wood. That would be the only shortfall for this very nice product.

A neighbor has had these chimes for seven years. I've always found the tone soothing so I bought one for my home. It only takes a small movement of air to softly engage and produce a beautiful earth song, never the banging and clanging other chimes make.
