This works very well for a couple hours of relief, It's easy to apply and gentle on the skin.

I have a surgical scar from a fairly deep incision. When I was in the final stages of healing the pain got to be fairly uncomfortable as the nerve endings on the skin started to heal. The pain was actually relatively intense at times, especially in the evenings after a shower when I crawled into bed. There's no way I would have been able to sleep without something to deal with the pain. I had been using "burn gels" from the first aid section of Walgreens for a while, but lidocane in those brands ranges from 0.5 to 2.5%. The 2.5% was fairly effective, but difficult to find. I would have to use multiple applications of the 0.5% to deal with the situation, and even then it wasn't long lasting.After looking at the reviews online I decided to give this stuff a try. It's been a godsend! One very small application and the pain is completely gone. Within about 15 seconds the pain is completely gone. There's no sensation at all. This stuff is awesome! Highly recommend for this kind of thing. Also great stuff if you're having tattoos done or laser hair removal since the numbing effect seems to be fairly long lasting.

Used for bothersome itching. Gave minor relief. Will not use again. Cerave anti itch cream works better.

I have Chronic Uticaria, which is SEVERE hives and they are extremely painful. I was using Burn cream MD, they are unfortunately in the middle of a different packaging process. So I decided to try this. It is absolutely outstanding almost 20.00 cheaper and I get more product. Not to mention I get immediate relief, fastest stuff I have ever had. It's not greasy, don't clog up my pores and it just works like it is supposed to. I have also used it on my run ins with my Rose bushes and it seems to heal those much more quickly than what I was using before. Even if I have a sore arm on the inside of my arm it works for that as I also fight with Fibromyalgia and Essential Tremors. So it works for a long period of time so no need to keep applying it. But keep it away from your lips else they go numb just like at the Denist, but might try it on a cold sore? I have SO MUCH PAIN ALL the time ALL over that this is a welcome change and I don't have to use a lot of the product. 5 Stars from me for sure.

This cream is absolutely useless for a strong pain. I was applying it to my knee after knee replacement surgery. It didn’t do anything. Total waist of money. Try DCH nerve pain relief roll. It does relief pain a little, for a short period of time though.
