This is a great winter cap for women. It looks good, its warm, and it comes down over your ears to keep your ears warm. I do not have a ponytail and could not find a cap made like this one without a ponytail hole. However, that hole has a flap and you do not feel air coming through if you do not have a ponytail. Thus, the hole is not of concern. I am an avid walker and I do not like for my head and ears to be cold. This cap has kept me nice and toasty.

I bought this hat a year ago and am still wearing it and loving it. At first it felt a bit tight, but since I was riding horseback and gathering cattle, that was OK and it stayed in place even at speed. LOVE the ponytail hole!! Didn't take long to stretch a bit, but is still a great fitting cap and love the ear coverage and ease of moving fabric up or down to cover ears. On extremely cold days in below zero weather, i also wear a beanie type hat over it as it isn't thick. I also love to flip my hood up over my head when the cold Wyoming wind blows. I wore this cap literally very day last winter working on the ranch and I just dug it back out. I washed it a couple times and it stood up well, bill is plastic inside I guess. If you are skiing, running or using a vehicle in the cold wind, you might need a bit more cover, but it is till a great cap!! Think I'll try a different color this year. Half the price of comparable Trailheads caps.

This hat is slightly larger/looser than the same version of this hat that I have from Trailheads. But if you have a regular-sized head (mine is definitely on the small side), this hat should work well for you. It's soft and warm.

It's slightly tight around the head and barely covers the ears, meaning after a few minutes of walk, the material will unstretch and uncover the ears. The cap basically needs to be made with more fabric.

Looks nice, good ear protection from cold and wind.Fits good.

I bought these hats for my morning walks during the cooler months. I have other caps, etc. that keep my ears warm or allow me to wear my hair in a ponytail, but none with a brim to shade my eyes from the early morning sun's glare. These hats are perfect for solving all three issues at once. The fabric is soft and comfortable. The two color choices are also great for matching my workout clothes. I am very happy with my purchase!

I bought this because it’s often sunny and cold where I live. This works well to block the morning sun and keep your head and ears warm. It’s a bit big but I also don’t have a huge head. It fits well is not scratchy and keeps my head and ears nice and toasty warm.

I bought it for jogging, but I totally love it. It blocks the sunlight and covers the ears on chilly/cold days. On bad hair days, I can fold ear flaps inside for a more stylish cap. It’s made of soft fleece material; not thin cheap material. I plan to purchase another color.
