Update: wow it’s so weird to look back on this review from years and years ago. It’s hard to remember there was a time that we went through such a difficult sleep period with our daughters. The 2 year old I spoke of in this earlier review is turning 11 in a couple days!!! 😳 I still use this product for all 3 of my kids periodically. I always keep a supply on hand in case of those occasions where they are struggling with their schedules. Especially during the pandemic and switching school schedules back and forth frequently, this product has really helped us through it all. I 100% trust this product and have trusted it for a very long time!! I even use it myself at times. I never have to give my kids an entire dose. I usually break them up in smaller pieces and gradually increase if needed. Works like a charm!!! This had been the best sleep aid I have ever used for the entire family! Thank you!I have a two year old girl who thinks she should never stop going!!! She is full of non stop energy and about 1 1/2 ago she started staying up until all hours of the night, Some nights she would even make it until 2 aM! I was so exhausted. I thought to myself, "OH GOD! What is she gonna be like as a teenager?EEEK!!!" anyways, She would stay up so late but wake up so early, and it was so hard to get her asleep for naps, but then she would take 2 -3 hour naps and almost impossible to wake up. I tried to cut out the naps or make them only 45 minutes, thinking this was our problem but NOPE!. What would happen is she would fall asleep at 8 or 9 but then....3 hours later she was wide awake like it was the middle of the day and she just had a nap and these nights she was up even later. I tried everything with this girl and nothing worked. I was even getting her to nap way early in the day, in bed by ten but then she would wake up at 3 AM ready to go!!!! you could only imagine the pain and suffering my husband and I experienced through this last 18 months. I talked to her doctor when this first started and he said it was a phase, but after a year or so I realized she was not going to get over it. I found this product online and read some reviews I also talked to some proffessionals, teachers, and peditricians about this and they said it was probably a melatonin inbalance and to give it a shot, it could not hurt her. So we did and it has been a month. We have a 8 month old and a 7 year old too so it wasnt easy keeping up with our two year olds sleep schedule, but let me tell you, this last month has been absolutely incredible!!!! at first, she did wake up in the middle of the night but was very easy to get back to sleep. After about a week, she was in bed by 9 every night until 8 or 9 the next morning and she would wake up lively, refreshed and in a great mood which was a big difference from her usually groggy crabby mornings. She is still doing great after a month and we finally got her on a consistent schedule, some days she naps, other days she doesnt, but the days she does nap, it doesnt matter how long or what time she is still ready for bed at 10 at the latest and she stays asleep alllll night!!! Another great thing about ozzzz's is she used to get so congested while she was sick with a cold she would wake up two or three times a night coughing so hard she would throw up, she still coughs a little bit in her sleep but it seems to keep her at a steady state of relaxation that it doesnt get too much out of control before. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANY PARENT is suffering from a child with a sleep problem. It is perfectly safe, all natural and easy for her to take, it can SERIOUSLY change your life and save your marriage!!!! haha. My husband and I NEVER fight about anything we have an AMAZING relationship and communicate on a healthy level, but LACK OF SLEEP can be seriously damaging to any relationship, we fought over things that would never bother us after endless nights of very little sleep, we also had VERY little time for each other or ourselves since she was awake from the time we got up until we were so tired we could hardly move, and our relationshop lacked intimacy for quite some time, but since we started ozzzz's we are back on track:) trust me it is so worth it and you WILL NOT REGRET IT

I have been searching for something safe and effective to give to my 9 year old. He has always had a problem falling asleep and then staying asleep. Nights were becoming a huge problem where we would fight with him for hours on end to go to sleep, only to have him wake back up a couple of hours later. His doctors said it was a phase and it would eventually end. Well that was no help as we have been dealing with this since he was a toddler. They finally prescribed him something that made him drowsy not only at night (which he still barely slept), but also during the day where all he wanted to do was lay around.- We do not give him any type of sweets- No Caffeine- Anything that had sugar in it had been completely cut from his diet- Plenty of exercise during the daytime hours and right after dinner- Shower/bath an hour or so before his bedtime- No TV/Games an hour before bedThose were all recommendations from the various doctors/specialists we had been to see over the course of a few years.- He was diagnosed with Autism at an early age - which in his case, he was ocd about changes, so we had to make sure that his routine was never interrupted. The specialists said that maybe his lack of sleep was due to changes in his every day routine - that just simply was not the case for him. Everything they had suggested simply was not working.This product worked wonders. We gave him one pill at 7pm, by 8pm he was sound asleep snuggled in his bed. I stayed up the entire night just to make sure he had no reactions to it. He never woke up one time. He was up and well rested by 8am the next day. Gave him another pill that night and by 8pm, he was back asleep (Finally, the entire family could get some much needed sleep).We've been giving these to him for a little over a month now. The change in his overall attitude has been amazing. He's well rested and not a grumpy little boy anymore.We did take him off them for a week, just to see if maybe he could get by without needing them, he had a few nights sleep without them, then was back to never wanting to sleep or when he did fall asleep, he was back up within a couple of hours. He came to us and asked us for more of his sleepy time medicine (what we called it when giving it to him). So here I am, back on Amazon ordering more.I would not hesitate when it comes to recommending these to any person that's trying to find a safe and effective night time sleep aid. Even if they were an adult - I have been taking these as well, (on nights where I just couldn't fall asleep), within an hour, I was out cold and woke up feeling refreshed (not groggy or drowsy like other sleep aids had made me).

I'm just going to be real here. This product is amazing. It has saved my sanity and transformed my child into a more manageable, more communicative toddler.I'll start by saying my daughter has NEVER been a good sleeper. She's always struggled with getting sleep at night, and with night terrors. With guidance from our pediatrician we have tried EVERYTHING. No tv, no iPad, bath time, solid and unbreakable routines, essential oils, massage, lullabies, white noise. Nothing worked, and I felt like the worst mother on earth. Because she was so tired, my daughter would tantrum constantly, and she was refusing to talk, we suspected a speech delay, it was horrible. Finally my doctor threw her hands up and said that melatonin should work, and recommended this brand to me.I am not exaggerating, I gave her half a pill and she slept through the night te very first night she took it. She takes this now as a supplement for when she has trouble sleeping, and the change in her personality is remarkable! She's taking up a storm, she takes naps without fighting me, and she only tantrums now when she's truly frusterated. I feel like I have my sweet and sunny baby back. Even her teachers are shocked and have been asking me for my secret!I may have initially felt guilty over "drugging" my child, but now I'm so thankful for this miracle pill. I don't feel remotely guilty. Some kids just need that extra bit of help, and this was exactly what my daughter needed to help her get to the rested state she needed to be in. Also, since we've been using this product, NO NIGHT TERRORS!! I know it's the opposite for some people, but it's stopped my daughters nightmares completely. She gets complete restful sleep.
