I was sceptical when I bought the chair but I was in for a surprise! It's very comfy, all parts are in working condition, nothing was missing from the box. The massage function is perfect (although a tad noisy) so can't complain! The set up was easy and fast and in 15 minutes I was enjoying the massage.Very good!

The chair is comfortable, but sadly it reached the point when the gas-patron gave up and (for a few months now) it's not holding my weight (70kgs). Pull up, sit on it, and just let the whole thing go down... A bit disappointed, but it's not a "branded chair" so it's ok-ish.

Chair material is alright good quality and nice quality. I wouldn’t really call it a massage feature it just slightly vibrates . The chair is comfortable enough not many adjustable features so is quite stiff . Overall I think the quality doesn’t match the price would of rather just brought a comfy chair without the massage . Seller was reasonable when I asked for refund though !

The chair looks amazing and is comfortable, 12 hours in front of a screen makes life easier, but the massager it more of a vibration

With the huge hike in chair prices and the fact we needed 2 I was very dubious but very pleased with them. They were a 2 person job to put together but no more difficult than any other that we have made. The seat is very comfortable, very supportive and the fact the back can also be adjusted so much is a brilliant thing. Both people who use them are very satisfied (and stopped moaning at me about their old broken chairs)

The media could not be loaded.  So easy to assemble..if I can do it anyone can um 5ft 7inch and its perfect for me,my son is 6ft 4inch and he said it's a bit small, I'm using it so I'm happy, so comfortable and love the massage, today I used it for the first time for 9 hours and it's the first time in 2 years my back wasn't hurting.my only regret is I didn't buy it before

This chair was easy and quick to put together. Nice and padded comfortable and the massager is a nice touch. This felt like the perfect replacement for a chair I had had for 10 years.This chair was amazing for about 5 months and then started to deteriorate quite quickly. It wobbles on the gas pole creaks and groans when you move on it.I contacted Amazon who asked the supplier to contact me. They have done this within 24hrs which is great but they are asking for information from the box. And to check the box for damage??? I of course no longer have this, it was delivered 5 months ago.***** Follow up *****They asked for a video of the chair to determine the issue which I sent as a YouTube video attached as a link in a word docx attached to their message. That way it is in the Amazon system. Came back to me within a few hours to advise they will send some new parts. Base and gas cylinder was recommended to be changed. Sounds like the box may contain a new chair but not sure will see what arrives.I have now had to have the gas cylinder and base replace twice. It’s just not up to the task of daily 8hrs to 10hrs use.I can not fault the company as they have tried to fix the issues.I have cut my losses and purchased an office chair from an office supply.I wouldn’t really recommend as a daily use chair. I’m 100kg so it may have an issue with the weight on the gas cylinder. It claims to be ok.It is fairly comfortable and the vibration for this price makes it worth while. But it’s no replacement for my operators chair in the office.

Sie werden im Regen stehen gelassen bei Problemen oder Mangelhaftigkeit des Artikels, was bedeutet keine Entschädigung im Schadensfall,obwohl ein Gewährleistungsrecht von 2 Jahren per Gesetz besteht, da Amazon hier nur vermittelt.Also....Finger weg...und ersparen Sie sich das.
