Southern Living Christmas Cookbook 2011 (Special Edition Presented by Dillard's)

My mother-in-law received this book from a friend, so I ordered one for myself after drooling on hers! Once it arrived, I quickly ran through the book looking for ideas for Christmas dinner. Upon the first inspection,I didn't find a lot, and I was thinking that I got taken in by the beautiful layout and photography. After reading it closer, I have used it many times and I have earmarked and tried 18 recipes in here. The recipes are practical and well-written. Especially love the Carmelized Vidalia Onion Dip on by 118, and the Dark Chocolate Shooters on p 122. Get this book, it's a great lazy day browsing book and it's a keeper.
