Update: Customer service responded immediately and offered me a choice of a replacement or a full refund.After 6 weeks this started leaking from under the handle. The counter is slowly getting wet, and the urn loses all its water after a few days.

I like the simplicity of it as opposed to the one with the pump bc they tend to eventually break . It was also 10$ less than at the Jewish store. Holds a good amount of water. So far so good ! I’ll update soon !Update:So far so good but I do notice some water drips out the top by the handle from the steam that accumulated on the top of the lid. We’ll see if it causes any issues but overall it’s greatUpdate 2:The urn still works however all the plastic attachments to the urn have basically melted off . Some reside of the plastic still crumbling off . In order to remove the top you have to use a hot mitt bc the handle attached to it melted ! And the meter in the front that tells you the amount of water that’s in the urn also melted off ... the leak That was aforementioned in other update has continued as well..this has lasted probably about a year . I definitely expected more from this product

It’s just exactly what I was looking for. We were trying to heat water for our church coffee bar using a coffee maker. This is so much better. I like the insulated walls. It’s only warm to the touch on the outside. Even with the power off water is still hot enough to make tea after 2 to 3 hours.

The best hot water urn I've tried by far, and I've tried many!! The pluses are that it's made of stainless steel (the lid too), is nice and quiet, and the tap dispenser is high up enough that I can fit a considerable tall mug under it that I don't need to pull the urn to the edge of the counter. Holds a ton of water and lasts all of chag/shabbat! Highly recommended!

DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK! I bought this on 10/18 and just after the return period was up, it started leaking and rusting. I tried returning it through Amazon, but it was just over the return period… I’d say maybe 4.5 weeks after it was bought. I tried reaching out to the company directly. The phone number is a bogus number that doesn’t dial. I sent messages through their website, and haven’t heard from anyone. I sent a direct email, and still no response. This could’ve been made right and I would’ve not posted here. I hope I can spare someone the aggravation of this experience with this review.

Loading water simple. Faucet well built. After continuous use for 3 months, no evidence of rust or staining. Does the job.

I have purchased many urn's over the 30 years and this Urn started leaking terribly after 6 mos.

Product works great, had an irregular issue and it was quickly resolved by the seller. Highly recommend!
